I ordered a large 5 litre supplement from Online for Equine on a Friday and the order arrived Tuesday in perfect order! The prices were very reasonable and competitive, I will definitely be ordering from again!

Really great company to deal with, super helpful and responsive to any questions and really quick delivery turn around. Very impressed!

To be honest the customer service and retail standards are poor...staff on the thier phone .not interested in helping ....just a don't care attitude.
The upside is the range of product

A super company to purchase from. Friendly, professional and very helpful member of staff. Product sent same day. The member of staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction.

Placed an order 25th November. Had an email 4th December telling me 1 item was out of stock. Shouldn't really take 9 days to advise an item is out of stock.

I had also placed an order in April and had the same slow experience, always happy after some time to give a second chance. Unfortunately it's still the same 8 months later

I had an issue with my delivery, do I reported it to online for equine and the very next day a lady called me to resolve the issue, a couple of days later I have my order. I’m over the moon, everyone there is so lovely, I’ve purchased from them multiple times and would 100% recommend to anybody. They have such a great variety of products at amazing prices!

What a great company to do business with.
I ordered a pair of yard boots, which, were unfortunately faulty. No quibble at all, quick response to my complaint and a new pair of boots despatched.
Sadly after a few months I had issues with the replacements so I contacted Customer Services again, who dealt with my enquiry by return and were very informative throughout the process.
What a difference to be able to deal with helpful staff who are polite, proactive and informative. Thank you.

One of items ordered was out of stock. this was very resolved after I emailed customer service, the breeches were delivered the next day by Royal Mail, I will use Online for Equine again.

I was very impressed with the way my faulty goods issues was handled. Minor cosmetic parts faulty on the buckle of a horse collar. Issue raised and dealt with instantly. There was no hesitation to order and send replacement. Very prompt and professional response

Fantastic customer service! Really quick turn around. I contacted customer services to see if there was a way i could collect my order after i chose delivery, and they couldnt be any more accommodating. I couldnt arrive till after they closed but they still helped me out and allowed me to collect my order. These small things go such a long way and youll now be my go-to for anything i need. Thank you again!

Above and beyond customer care
I wrote the wrong e mail so I didn’t have an e mail confirmation so I rang the company . I got a press 1 or 2 and held for about 3 minutes thinking it’s an internet company I haven’t heard about before so they prob won’t answer . They did and my goodness . The best customer service I have ever had from a retailer . They found my order . ( three items ) had 2 but was waiting on delivery for the 3rd . All were important and were needed in four days time for a TDE . One being a body protector . They posted the 2 items for me that afternoon and they arrived the next morning . Then they e mailed me to confirm my new tendon boots had arrived ( from the stock list ) that afternoon and they had also been posted . They arrived the next day . Their communication was five star and their customer service far outweighed many . Will definitely use again and highly recommend .

One of items ordered was delayed but this was very quickly resolved after contacting customer service and I received the outstanding item the next day. Thanks, I will definitely use Online for Equine again.

Terrible customer service. After buying some boots in the correct size using the guide, I rode out in them only for them to slide down. Tightened as much as was fair and went out again. Same thing. Contacted the customer service and instead of exchanging for a product fit for purpose, they have requested that I send a video of my horse ridden to prove that they are sliding down. The fact that only purchased them recently and need to return was not enough evidence. So I’ve got to get someone to actually come to the field with me and film me riding to even consider what will now be a refund. Diabolical. I will not be purchasing from them again as they do anything they can to get out of a refund or exchange.
