Selling poor quality parts, some faulty out of the box.

Do not use this company they are not helpful at all we cancel our order and then 3 hours later they said the order was picked up for delivery we ask can we send back the parts then she said they will have a 20percent handling fee deducted the point is we cancelled before the order went out of the store

My experience with onlineautoparts is mixed and I hope this review will help them to address some issues. Firstly 10 days after placing the order, the order was not shipped. My email query regarding when shipment would be done was never answered. I did get hold of someone on their WhatsApp channel who promised that shipping would be done that day, but that did not happen and I initially did not get anybody on the phone line. Fortunately I did manage to get hold of a lady on the phone a day later and it is due to the service she provided that I deleted my 1 star review and replaced it with this review. She was friendly and efficient and this time her promise that the order would be shipped on that day was kept. I received the order today and all the main items seem fine. One minor item did not correspond to what I ordered but that is not so serious for me. There site is quite good and a company like this is valuable to have. I wish for the business to up their game to get known for excellent service with good ratings.

Bunch of thieves at this place. almost 2 weeks now and still no part. They dont answer phones, emails or anything this place is a scam

Scam! These people were all too happy for me to pay, even charging extra for overnight shipping, only to go completely silent and offline when I needed to ask where my part was—four days later! I tried to cancel my order, but there was no option to do so. When I went onto my computer, Norton Anti-Virus blocked the site entirely, warning me that it was a malicious, Spoofed website.

I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed. This is a complete scam! Please, stay far away and do your research before ordering anything online. I feel Scammed and misled, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone!

This company is fake l went to Randburg l found an old building with no one inside. It's adjacent to a Fuel Garage, the workers there warned me that they have seen a lot of people who had lost their monies. Buy at your own risk.

Its now over 10 working days, still no plug leads I ordered. Countless calls with same answer of we will get back to you. Wake the "F" up please!!!!!! The only way to write this review was to give you guys 1 star (what a cheek). My ref is HBDLISXHQ can someone who prides their work pls sort this out.

Tavilyn the sales consultant is very unprofessional and she left out a part of my order for my vehicle which has caused 4 days delay in delivery. I am losing business because of her incompetence. I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

This place is an absolute scam. All the parts always show in stock and available on their website. So you place your order and pay, and then you don't receive an estimated delivery date. Getting hold of anybody is more difficult than flying to Mars. I am still waiting for either my parts or my refund but hope died long ago. Don't be me and lose your money.

Place an order - paid - an NO communication or receipt of the items. This is scammers.

Paid the scammers and then just nothing. No parts no delivery no answer on their phones and no refund.

I have placed an order with online car parts on the 22nd may #TDBYDLL it is already the 4th of June I am now waiting 2 weeks for a car part , they do not respond on emails they do not answer any call center calls it dials dead and they speak to a person like **** on whatsapp 1 response no apology, i was informed i would have my car part by now but yet i am still having to find myself running after them to see if i can get an update after receiving empty promises their call center will put you on hold and end the call . at this point i just want answers or i wil have to chargeback my funds from the bank

The whole process was so smooth when ordering my clutch kit for my Renault on their website. Thank you to the boys for assisting me. I dont want to mention their names for privacy sake but im grateful to them for helping a gal out.

Never buy from them. I gave up on my money. It been a year now, but I won't stop alerting people.

Complete nightmare - stay clear of this company, they dont deliver and then dont answer the phone

I ordered a radiator for my son's FAW V2 hatchback online. Last week on Thursday (30 April 2026) I went to check the item at their premises in Randburg, and s friendly staff member by the name of Gugu assured me that it will be delivered to my address on Monday (04 May 2026) by courrier. I am glad to say that today a brand new radiator was delivered on my doorstep by the Courrier Guy company. To Gugu and her team at Online Car Parts I say "Keep up your 5-star excellent service".

If I could I would give them a -10
I bought parts online they don't care to refund
Stole my money
They never answer there phone and when they do they drop it

Ordered and Not received

I ordered parts on the 1st April 2026, nothing received, no comms, no answer on phone, no answer on email and then the worst part. They featured on the Devi Show on the 12th April for the second time due to 100s of client complaints and no refunds.

Honestly Online Car Parts are useless. The parts don't arrive and the sales/CS people are next to useless. They ignore your calls/messages, when you do speak to someone they say your order is shipping that day and then two weeks later you're calling them again.

DO NOT USE ONLINE CAR PARTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I have ordered parts on the 22nd Feb 2026, and after couple of days nothing was ever shipped out, then I started calling and they said it will be shipped out the Tuesday then again the Thursday then just to tell me afterwards that they don't have the parts, I requested a refund they told me it takes 7 working day, after the 7 working days still haven't received my refund, I have ordered with them before but this is really the worst experience, my car is at a mechanic now I need to pay extra for storage because on of online parts
