Slow operating procedures
This bank is slow to move your money and they charge you to move it quickly.
This could be a bank to park your money but other than that, I would not use this as my default bank.

One United Bank ROCKS!
One United Bank has been resolving my issues for 2 years now and I can always count on them. There has definitely been challenge times for me financially and during each hurdle, One United Bank assisted me. Everyone I spoke with through customer service has been phenomenal and related with my issue. I been through 3 other banks since turning 18 in 2014, and One United Bank been the best so far. Going forward, for me its either One United Bank, or NO BANK! I am happy, and grateful to be their customer.

Excellent Online Account Opening Experience
I recently opened a new account with OneUnited Bank and was thoroughly impressed by the ease and efficiency of the online process. The entire application was straightforward and intuitive, with clear instructions guiding me through each step.
I did have a question that wasn't immediately addressed on the website, so I decided to call the bank. The representative I spoke with was extremely professional and helpful. They patiently answered my question and provided additional information that I found valuable.

App check deposits
unhappy with not being able to simply deposit checks using the OneUnited app because of limits. and even after contacting OneUnited and requesting the limit be increased, the process takes days to complete and will still have to wait on the check deposit to clear as well.
