Renewal for home insurance was handled with courtesy and respect. Not had to make a claim so far, so cannot comment further regarding that.

Expensive fees
Did the job for what I needed in a short time but the cancellation fees were ridiculous. Had the policy for 2 months as that’s all I needed and it ended up costing nearly £150 some policies don’t even cost that for the year.

I was able to speak to an agent who was friendly and answered any questions I had promptly. The renewal fee was competitive and good value.
