Uncontactable in the face of a possible scam
One Insurance Solutions are emailing the wrong person at an email address that contains a name (mine) that is not the name of the person they have on the account. They are impossible to contact by any normal means to tell them this so I have raised a formal complaint with them which they have so far ignored. Artificial Intelligence at its worst I guess.
