Annie was simply remarkable. I wish every call I’ve ever made to a call centre or customer service team was like this- and I used to manage a call centre with 300 people for a bank! So calm, clear, listened well, made me feel valued and understood. Fantastic call and member of staff. Her manager should give her a pay rise.

I dont normally do reviews but one family wasted no time helping me find my trustfund they are very helpful on the phone and helped me figure out what to do with my money they made it a fast and easy process.

Incredibly difficult to withdraw money…
Incredibly difficult to withdraw money from my child trust fund, logged me out twice, made me download a separate app, very pushy to keep my money with them. Confusing process. Wouldn't recommend if you want your money back from them

Noone picks up
Realised I lost access to my account and needed to change my phone number but absolutely noone would pick up the phone for 3 days straight and took another week for them to respond to my email just to tell me to call the same number I had no luck with. Took another 20 minutes to finally get through to someone. Only good thing is it was solved quickly once I got through to someone.
