Having opened a one family account for…
Having opened a one family account for my sons ctf we have been more than happy with the service. The only negative is how fast the money in the account changes due to stocks/shares falling or rising. My son was also lucky enough to receive the grant of £250 which he got a new lap top with it.

No Stress or Worries
We applied for and were awarded an Education Grant to help my son afford a computer. The process was easy, quick and painless. They have looked after his trust fund all of his life, and he will have access next year. I recommend them for making it all stressless.

Excellent service, they found my new address to notify me of a matured junior bond that I havent claimed and was linked to an address from 20 years ago! Easy to claim and money was received within 5 working days.

I honestly can’t thank Hannah W enough…
I honestly can’t thank Hannah W enough for all the help and support she gave my children in accessing their Children’s Trust Funds. We had tried to get help before, but no one else was able to help us.
Hannah was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so polite, kind and patient, and was more than willing to spend the time and effort needed to get everything sorted for my children.
It’s so refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares and goes that extra mile to help. Hannah is a real asset to OneFamily, and I’m so grateful that she was the person who helped us.
