Terrible service have been without…

Terrible service have been without phone and broadband for 10 days. Now been on the phone for an hour and 40 minutes to try and get a service activated. It's a joke!!!!!

Friendly and efficient

Friendly and efficient. Most importantly call was answered by a native English speaker not someone from India with heavy accent. Communication was smooth and effective. Thank you very much.
