One assist fraud
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one assist and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, my interactions with this company left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. It seems like they have no interest in genuinely assisting their customers. Whenever I called with a question or concern, they are more interested in proving themself right and us wrong, seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than addressing my issues.
Moreover, their claims process is a nightmare. I had to file a claim for a legitimate incident, and the hoops I had to jump through were absurd. They assured a single working day estimate and here i am since it took more than a month to get estimate. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid fulfilling their obligations by killing time.
It's clear that they prioritize their profits over the well-being of their customers.
In short, one assist is a company that I would strongly advise against. Their lackluster customer service, convoluted claims process, and high premiums make them a company that I will never do business with again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for insurance coverage.

Not trusted insurance broker
Not trusted insurance broker. Poor service. Finding the ways to decline the refund. Trust your manufacturer for a warranty than these insurance brokers. They couldn't able to clarify queries. By saying apologies, they are closing the case.

Extremely horrible service as they have been telling my 80 year old dad for the past week that device will be collected, and no one has bothered to collect the device. Is this how they treat a super senior citizen? NEVER RECOMMEND...THEY ARE A CON COMPANY
Update:
They collected the phone after bad review and had mislead the Samsung service centre that the device is not in warranty and they have arrived at a settlement of less than half the price of the handset which was used only for less than 3 months from date of purchase
