The fillets were not tender

The fillets were not tender. Very disappointed. They were very marbled and by the time I cut all the fat away there was little meat left.

Also the new packaging, not the styrofoam chests, did not prevent the burgers from defrosting!

Only one of two gift orders made it to…

Only one of two gift orders made it to the recipient. Tracking was not accurate and in the end - flat out wrong. Attempts to contact the company went unanswered to the point where it was more trouble than it was worth. Been ordering gift boxes for two recipients for 5 years plus - never again..

EVERY ORDER HAS BEEN DELICIOUS*

I've ordered several Gift packages of Steaks and Seafood orders from them and all were delicious and exceptional! They have a variety of meals and dinners for all to enjoy, for any occasion! Omaha Steaks offer some of the best…

Omaha Steaks offer some of the best steaks i have shopped for. I have ordered my steaks online and my order is always packaged so securely I have not had a problem with shipment at all. Omaha Steaks stand behind what they offer and their meals are out of this world good. I have used them for holidays and everyone was happy.

This is my first & last order with…

This is my first & last order with Omaha
Steaks. My order did not arrive as expected. I live but a few miles from
the intended gift for my relatives. I checked and found the shipping was
Messed up as the deliver company said
there was an incorrect address & thus
called an exception. I know for a fact the address sent to Omaha was correct. Any other reason is on them.
Speaking of exceptional, I wanted to
surprise my relatives but the next time
I will go Burger Smokehouse as they
are customer centric and don’t have
exceptions with new Orders.
