Excellent Steaks

Excellent Steaks, chicken, pork chops, and of course hamburgers. Like the they are sealed, and you can break them off in one or two per group. All the products are great tasting and easy to grill.

Overpriced or would give it a 5 stars ⭐️

We get the prime tenderloins, it’s very expensive but you can cut a 2” filet with a fork. The delivery is alway well packed never had an issue been a customer for years. If prices weren’t so high I would give them 5 stars for the prime steaks!! It’s a great gift idea for a special occasion.

I have been a customer of Omaha Steaks…

I have been a customer of Omaha Steaks for many years now. And, yes, during that time I have tried other steak companies. But none of the other companies have ever had the same quality of meat and seafood nor have they even had the same choices that Omaha Steaks offer.
And now that they have the price plans- they are number one in that category as well. Point is: I am through with trying out other options and I am an Omaha Steak client for good! And for good reason!

The Chicken and Dumplings was horrible - can't believe they made this crap - I hate saying this because I really like most of Omaha Steaks products I buy - stopping making this.

This was the second chance I had a bad…

This was the second chance I had a bad experience the first time but the product that they sell doesn't taste good and they try to piss off a T-bone steak is a porterhouse

Timeliness of the delivery

Timeliness of the delivery, quality of the products received. My only criticism is the amount of mail and emails I get from Omaha on a daily basis.

The best tasting beef

The best tasting beef, chicken, pork and fish ever! The packaging is great, each individually wrapped and they provide excellent cooking instructions. I found the cost to be reasonable. They also provide sides and desserts, it is very convenient for families and busy individuals.

Ok but could use some tweeks

I was so excited to finally try omaha steaks and heres the tea. First my steaks were mixed together and not labeled very well. I thought the fillet was top serloin because it had fat on the sides however it was a fillet.the flavor was pretty good, it was tender and i was happy for that. The top serloin was ok. Im not a top serloin fan and this did not change that. The chicken is ok but pretty expensive at this point. The pork chops however are terrible. The Philly meat looks like it is ground meat. The burgers are ok. For delivery they used Roadie. The experience was ok but confusing. You order from a luxury meat service and they are using a delivery service like uber eats. The packaging was also surprising. It was just a bag with foil on the inside. If it was a hot day and i was not home i am not positive that it would have survived the heat of the day. Tbh im not sure that it lived up to its expectations. There is no place on the website for reviews and I had to google to find a place to write a review so others like me could figure out if they want to try. If you are going to try it I recommend all steak or beef. The chops and chicken are not worth it.

Companies who make it hard to write a review are not luxury and I should have realized that when I had to search for reviews. Just because they have been around a while doesn’t mean anything anymore.

I also want to add that after posting this review you can see they responded when I replied to the email christian from omaha social responds and says they cant find my review that they responded to and asked me to take more time and email everything i put here. Lol. It makes me feel like the company is just unorganized. I wrote this review so others who were curious know what to expect. I also tried to view my review but it seems it may be hidden. I wont be usually this company again after this interaction with social care and I will post more reviews on other platforms so others know before wasting their time.
