I was booked into the Brighton store for 10am. I arrived as per instructions 10 minutes before.

I found the shop was shut with no sign of life, I waited until 10:10 and left. Around 10:20 I recieved a phone call asked if I would still be making my appointment, I informed the bloke I had been and left already to which I was casually told "there isn't much to do on weekends so we just turn up around 10" which told me I am not valued as a customer, my time is not valued and they can't be bothered to do their job.

*Edit, notice how they've never bothered to reply, never had a follow up. Pretentious.

Without doubt, Ollie Quin's staff are fabulous.
They helped me with a surprise gift for husband within a few days before Christmas. Thank you team, excellent service, he was thrilled.

I have had Ollie Quinn glasses before and found them brilliant quality and a great service provided, so I chose Ollie Quinn again.

Sadly my experience the second time around has not been good (this time online). I ordered exactly the same frames I had previously had, but with a change to the lenses (adding blue light filter). The online process was easy and the glasses arrived promptly abs in their usual great box with cleaning cloth, however…. The frames were completely twisted and with one arm sticking out at a much greater angle than the other making them unwearable.

I followed the process for getting the frames changed and was brilliantly guided through this by Rory in Customer Services who was extremely quick with email responses.

My glasses were collected by DHL and a few days later ‘another pair’ arrived.

The problem is that the replacement pair have exactly the same problem, so either nothing has been changed at all and they have simply been returned, or not only the quality of the glasses has reduced but quality control has also become very lax.

I have asked Rory what he suggests as I do not want to receive the same glasses for a third time!

Really great service from Ollie Quinn in the process of getting my specs, and at the store the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love their glasses, and will be returning, when I visit London

Great styles at a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Ollie Quinn. I visited a few weeks ago, Amy and Kate were very happy, friendly and helpful. My glasses were ready earlier than expected and when I went back to get them adjusted last week the customer service was just as good! I really liked that the prices were straightforward and on the wall and not as expensive as I thought they would be for a Park Street shop! I don't think I'd go anywhere else now.

I just wanted to say I had an amazing experience at the store today. I walked in on a whim because a friend of mine had gone recently to get some prescription sunglasses at that store.
I was looked after by Miriam who was really welcoming and clear about process in store in terms of being covid safe. I had an eye test there and then with Shanaz, who asked Miriam to call Vision Express for my old prescription in order to have a point of reference. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. I also picked up the Shan glasses because they are beautiful. I received an invoice straight away via email. Everything was transparent, easy and I absolutely love my new glasses. Excellent value without compromising on style at all. Beats many designer glasses hands down in terms of aesthetics and comfort.

Took my glasses back to store as ordered online and they were a bit too loose . Very helpful young lady said I could have thinner lenses for a small amount extra which would make them lighter . Very happy .

I love my new glasses! Got them sent to my house and went to the shop so they could fitted properly to my small head. My only feedback is that it didn’t say that I could do that for free and perhaps could tell customers on the website/package that it’s part of your great service. 😊
