This company is a total disgrace to the gaming industry plus a disgrace to Onbuy customers.
Offer games do not respond to messages
They did not send out the item, even though they said they said they did.

I managed to contact customer services on Onbuy and they also confirm there was no tracking number and I contacted Royal Mail and Evri who stated there is no tracking number.

I believe Offer Games are scammers because I sent them so many messages and they never reply Except once stating this is the first time I’ve seen the messages which is a load of crap

Good job I paid by PayPal cause I know I’m 100% covered. You’re also 100% covered with Onbuy

They stayed 10 days delivery, but you don’t get it in 10 days. If you do then you are the lucky one..

I also requested, they cancel the order the day I placed it because I wanted a Nintendo switch OLED.

The one purchase was no OLED hence why I requested to cancel the order but they file to do so.

That would save a lot of aggravation if they just cancel the order so I can re-purchase the correct one or sent me a payment link to pay the difference but they couldn’t be bothered to do that.

Very, very, very poor customer service and I recommend to stay away from and let them go down the pan

Onbuy search step up to the mark and read the negative feedback and stop this company selling on their platform.

I bought a few things on Onbuy and I’ve never had any problems except now.

Every time I purchased on Onbuy and I reached out to the sellers. They responded in quick, reasonable time except Offer Games.

Ordered Silent Hill 2 early in 2024 on pre order, never turned up it is Jan 2025 now, hope the Scammers enjoyed my money. They don't respond to your texts etc,SCAMMER GAMES THE SHOULD BE CALLED

Bought a game in 2023 release date was changed to 2/2/2024. Never recieved the game which was a present for my nephew. Nearly £50 down the drain 😩

I pre ordered a game to ensure bonus content + early play access. No sign of the game 20 days after release. No response to emails.

Lesson learned - don’t pay under market price for items you really want, if it looks to good to be true - it is!

Scam artists. Wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased, they do not have good reviews for a reason.

No xbox disc sent, no emails answered and calls go straight to answer phone. Just wish I’d have read the reviews before handing cash for nothing to this company

Im still waiting for a ps4 controller i ordered...BACK IN OCTOBER.
Or a refund yet these jokers wont reply to emails, messages via social media.
P.s, They no longer have Instagram as i took it upon myself to comment on nearly every post calling them "Scammers".

The sister company where they make you move your order and increase the price by £7 and your order goes unfulfilled and payments still are made. If I could give lower I would

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent console purchase. Ordered in December, it's now March and I still haven't received the console or any communication from the company. I bought from them because they were featured first in the sponsored tab on Google when I searched for the item. Despite multiple emails, I still haven't gotten a refund. I hope Google recognizes and avoids promoting such scams in the future.

I placed an order on the 29th April 2023, which at the time of writing is almost a year ago. I have not yet received my items. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions however have never received one, or even received an acknowledgement of any e-mails sent. They don't seem contactable by phone. Easily the worst customer service I have ever recevied.

I would have given this company a zero star if I could they are scammers they will take your money and you’ll never see your item or your money again please don’t buy for these not nice people .
