Luke and Morgan are very knowledgeable and professional. I was informed throughout the process, they were efficient with treating our entire house. We recently moved in and the place had not been treated for many years. They covered every square metre of the house and around the fence. I found great pleasure watching all sorts of creatures die today. They gave me advice on what I should be doing around the house to reduce the pests in the future. I have dealt with 4 different companies in the past and not only is OCG most effective but also the best value for money. No doubt I'll use them again and recommend them to anyone. Wonderful Service
Noticed a leak on the ceiling early morning that caused a cave in and Gino was very prompt when I called in.
Upon inspection, apparently rat chewed out the water pipe and Gino is very knowledgeable and was able to points out where the rat/mice can come in even showing me holes in the house which I never realised it was even there or exist.
He didn't shy away in providing lots of baits here and there as well, including indoor traps for prevention.
Highly recommended for anyone having pest issues and prevention, as paying for a plumber is no joke!
