Ali (Melbourne)

Ali (Melbourne) is simply THE BEST. When we called him, we had written off roughly $1k worth of stock that mice had soiled and damaged and we were at a loss about what we could do. With one phone call, Ali arrived at our business and recommended several changes that we could make to reduce our rodent problem. He put a comprehensive plan in place and this has since remedied the issue for us, and the whole time he has been extremely polite, friendly and ready to help. No more mice and no more damaged stock! Speedy resolution

I've used CPS for about 10 years, and always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly and the technicians super nice. I did experience a few challenges recently, but I must say that within a days I had a follow-up call and had all of my issues resolved.
Thank you for the quick remedy, it was much appreciated.

Spiders and Cockroaches

I had my home sprayed for spiders and cockroaches at the beginning of summer. A few weeks after the treatment I was given a follow up call to see if I was satisfied which I thought was a nice touch
Because of all the rain I needed a top up service and CPS were very happy to come back. They didn’t charge me.
Their technician Dwayne was very friendly and thorough.
I would definitely recommend Competitive Pest Services to my family and friends.

Great Service

I have used CPS for many years to treat my home and I am always happy with their service. Allan treated my home this visit and he is outstanding, he treats my home as if it was his, very respectful, and nothing is a problem.

CPS Excellent Service…

Wanted to give a shout out to Maxwell from CPS who was courtesy, just simply got on with doing the pest control service and throughout keeping me informed what the process entailed. He also walked me through the areas outside my house giving me feedback where we had to watch out for spider infestation and where treatment was done.
I highly recommend Competitive Pest Services as they were professional and provides a great service.

Professional, friendly service you can trust

Royce came to treat my home while I was at work, my mother and daughter were home at the time and my mum was very impressed. She said Royce was punctual, friendly and happy to explain what he was doing, what he was using, and why he was doing it, to her. He was also very tolerant and friendly to my 18 month old. Unfortunately the ant problem we had was pretty full on and Royce came back to retreat the bathrooms for me. He was great. Punctual, professional, friendly and very accommodating, he took the time to have a chat about why the ants had stuck around, and walked the perimeter of our house to ensure that he had done the most comprehensive treatment possible.
Very happy with the service, highly recommend CPS and Royce in particular.

Excellent Service and Price

I had used a competitor for many years but contacted CPS when the other provider hiked up their price by nearly $100 in one year. Vanessa was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. She explained what she was doing and was very efficient. Highly recommend Competitive Pest Services.

Took 3 visits without any improvement. Ended up using someone else who took a lot more time and care. Money back guarantee was refused for various, constantly changing reasons.

From what I can see, the last time Competitive Pest Services serviced your home was October 2017. I really wish we could have received this feedback sooner! As you know, we do call all our clients after the service to make sure they were happy, but we did try to call you to ask if you were pleased with this service and left a Voicemail message for you.

Cat, I need to first outline that in my fifteen years of owning Competitive Pest Services, I have never refused giving a money back guarantee. Not once. I say this with hand on heart, and with the greatest of integrity. I believe in old fashioned service - if a customer is unhappy, then we believe we shouldn't be paid for the service. Perhaps there could be some more information you wish to share about this, and I would be more than happy to discuss this personally with you. Also, I would like to sincerely apologise that we had to attend your home three times and we were unsuccessful at resolving your issue. Over the past fifteen years, the only occasions we have to attend three times is usually for high level German cockroach infestations. This occurs when a client has let the German cockroach infestation get really bad before giving us a call. Please accept our apologies if you were one of these occasions. However for some background information, please allow me to explain a bit about our chemical policy...

At Competitive Pest Services, we’ve made sure that we use the lowest amount of chemicals possible. Not just that, we also use the most environmentally friendly chemicals possible. We would love to protect homes with no chemicals possible, but unfortunately the reality is that to protect our families and workplaces from disease and pests, we need to use chemicals to get the job done. However, we do promise though that our team will use the minimum amount necessary. As a result of this approach, it does mean that sometimes our technicians have to return, to top up a treatment throughout the year. We don't want our customers to be inconvenienced by this, however we sleep better at night knowing our staff and our families live in an environment with minimal chemicals. Another reason we don't want to re-attend is purely selfish - any site we have to return to takes away the small profit we make on each job. I understand your frustration at us having to return three times, as we feel the pain too (a job with three service visits cost us more to service than we make).

However, 100% at no time does that mean we compromise our Money-back Guarantee policy.

Ricky was on time and worked quickly

Ricky was on time and worked quickly. After last year’s treatment I was most impressed that I found only a few dead cockroaches and ants were not in plague numbers. As a result, I was keen to have CPS back for the pest treatment this year.

Excellent service

Ahead of the rest

Sydney's eastern suburbs is notorious for cockroaches. I've found CPS is by far the best both in terms of service and control. I've been using them for the last 3 years and have no plans to change. Bravo!
