The Team at Ocean in Downend were fabulous . The whole process was made easy , they kept us up to date all through the process , everyone was friendly but professional .

The staff were personable, professional and polite when helping me find a new property to rent in Bristol.

Having engaged with Ocean in Portishead due to selling our house in South Gloucestershire, Mark found us a property very quickly that we fell in love with from the very first viewing. Due to a number of problems selling our property over a number of months the sell probably took longer than it should, but Mark and especially Demi, kept the vendor of our onward purchase well informed and thankfully they waited patiently for our sale to go through therefore allowing us to complete, which in all took approximately 10mths. Thanks to everyone in Ocean for getting this one across the line, especially Mark and Demi, we will be forever grateful.

From the day we had our house valued, right through to exchange of contracts, the whole team (including the solicitors) have been invaluable and could not have been more helpful if they tried. The whole team at Ocean that we worked with were amazing throughout the whole purchase process. From the estate agent who showed us around, to the legal team, to the mortgage advisor all were professional and kept us informed every step of the way. There was an unfortunate delay with some enquiries and our solicitor Laura kept us in the loop and really pushed to get things over the line just in time. Thanks also to Simon the mortgage advisor who helped to secure the mortgage and get and extension. We would really recommend the service and will definitely be using them again!
