Ordered on line after looking in store. Online order was followed up the very next day with a courtesy call thanking us for the order and explained what to expect regards delivery etc, very nice touch.
Again received a call day before delivery with a time slot for which they arrived on time. Items delivered to the room needed, unpacked and placed where they were wanted, again a nice touch
Love the furniture purchased, very well made and looks beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Will be going again for some more pieces, would highly recommend and thanks again.

Smooth experience from purchase to delivery
At the store, David was very knowledgeable and his suggestions and advice leading to our purchase was invaluable. The product is of high quality. Our expectations of delivery time were managed realistically and the communication process with both David and Jenna was great. Delivery and assembly was professional and friendly.

Delivery in less than a week!
From ordering to delivery in less than a week! It's the shortest time I've ever had to wait for a delivery of a major furniture purchase. The communication was excellent and friendly throughout, and the furniture was in perfect condition on delivery. Lovely quality furniture although the Bergen chairs are surprisingly low for the table height in the same range, which puts the food at cheat level. This is more a design problem by Bentleys rather than the retailer.

Great range of quality products at fair prices
We found this furniture retailer after trawling the internet and couldn't believe it was on our doorstep. They are a small independant family business, so don't expect a polished sales patter! That said, they couldn't be more helpful, and have a great knowledge around the quality products they sell. Delivery and assembly went beyond expectations. Great all round service.

Quality oak furniture
Nice website and easy to use. Ordering was easy and delivery times were very acceptable. Quality and look of the furniture we bought is excellent. We particularly wanted a narrower blanket box which was difficult to find but oak furniture had just the right one. One very small point at delivery, room of choice was not offered but having asked the delivery team they placed the furniture exactly where we wanted them.

All the purchases arrived at the same…
All the purchases arrived at the same time. They were exceptionally well packed. They were then unpacked and placed in the locations we wished. The driver then asked us to inspect all items for damage etc. The leftover packaging was then cleared up and taken away.
