Abdulkarim was very helpful and patient, was having issues with my E sims when i got back from holiday and after many network resets and sim replacements we find out it was a hardware issue so advised me to have the phone checked out with apple, appreciate his efforts

Very happy with wasima's service as she helped me with replacing my sim as I lost my phone and also showed me the latest virgin media deals as I was paying very high for my broadband and she has provided me a cheaper and better offer than what I currently have.

AbdulKarim was exceptional in his customer service. He was very pleasant, highly knowledgeable and determined to resolve the fault with my phone.
I feel even more inspired to remain a loyal customer to O2 due to the level of care and attention I was afforded by AbdulKarim today. He also paid attention to the other customers coming into the store, ensuring they received the attention and service they needed promptly. Other staff members were also very positively engaged with other customers. It was lovely to experience positive teamwork.
AbdulKarim is clearly an asset to 02.
Both AbdulKarim and his assistant manager brightened my day with their great sense of humour
