Pablo the friendly technician
Pablo, service specialist at O2...was professional and friendly all the way...managed to fix my issue..however a funny situation..i thought my 2nd screen of the mobile was not working..Pablo was doing all he can to replace the new mobile...but what actually happrned the screen protector was still on which made the situation hilarious! Lol thank you Pablo for your time !

Abdulkarim was really helpful in sorting out my issue. Knows what he’s doing , very knowledgeable and experienced - couldn’t recommend more!
However the store assistant store manager in west field White City, was really unhelpful asking for a bunch of documents difficult for me to get. Wasn’t understanding of the situation and despite speaking to customer service. Terrible service from him but 5*s from Abdulkarim.

I would like to say a very big thank ❤️ you to Maria, who helped me at the EE store in Stratford.
I came to the store because I wanted to join EE for mobile internet. Maria was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. She explained everything to me in great detail, including the EE internet plans, connections and all the options available.
What impressed me most was the way she communicated with me.✨ She was warm, patient, kind and always smiling. She made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. She also gave me some lovely compliments and spoke to me with such genuine warmth and care that it felt almost like talking to my own daughter, someone who truly wants the best for me✨
I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Maria. She is a wonderful representative of EE and deserves to be recognised for her kindness, professionalism and excellent customer service.

Best customer service representative - Amina D
I was assisted by Amina D and it’s been an absolute pleasure. I have been moving from store to store to resolve a fraud situation. I was tossed around several times but meeting Amina changed everything. She was calm, patient, articulate, and she bent her back over just to ensure my case was resolved. She stood on business, ensured everyone she spoke to understood that the matter had to be resolved today. I don’t know how she’s done it but what took me 4 months of frustration and countless visits to several stores, she resolved in a matter of hours. She was able to ensure closure of fraudulent account within 24 hours, credit amendment within 5-7 working days and a compensation. I can’t thank you enough Amina D. Best customer service representative I’ve ever met.
