I got lost my phone and number few weeks ago but I claim the new one via insurance and to get the sim I went to Westfield and I meet with Akins and she is so good and help me to get my past sim and make a good experiences thank you Amina.

I came into o2 and spent over 2 hours…
I came into o2 and spent over 2 hours with Wasima and Itmamul as I experienced fraud with my account. I am very glad to have my case resolved with them, as I have had an ongoing fraud investigation for the past few months. They helped me clear the number that was linked to my account, cleared my overdue debt, changed my email to help set up my o2 as it was locked due to the fraud, and also helped me redeem my extra. I was almost completely done and unhappy with O2’s service however they have managed to bring me back content with the customer service. Thank you for fixing all the wrongs I am very grateful for this and I appreciate the hard work and dedication towards resolving this really complicated issue.
