Nevwr agen bad service

Sehr leckeres Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Ambiente.

I really like the food there. I have very good experience. The price is not cheap but the services is good

I really like it! The food was great. The services also was amazing! I really will back there in the future

Only thing I liked was the salad.
Onion flower wasn’t crunchy and was oily. New York steak was over cooked I asked for medium rare they gave me medium well. All I got was a sorry. I only managed to have a few bites of the steak and left it. Fries were basic. The mushroom side we got was currified. They don’t give any gravy or sauce with steak either.
The waiters are clueless.
We also ordered beef fillet which again wasn’t great.
Waste of money I’ve certainly have had better food than this.

SAVE YOUR MONEY THERES BETTER FOOD OUT THERE.

50 minutes after booked reservation time until table became available and only then because I approached the manager. Many people waiting and told to just stand around and wait. Hardly a great service from a restaurant charging top prices! Food was average, $10 for table water is scandalous, all in all, not a great experience NYC

I went to the Etiler location, everything was amazing, the lamb ribs and giant tomahawk was delicious. The only thing I would say is it is a bit overpriced.

The food was tasty. The service was quick and the waiter was very helpful. I do find it a bit pricey, but the quality was good.

For that price, I won't say it's worth it. The experience is great and all but the price is just outrageous. Absolutely outrageous.

The waiter spilled cola on my bag, dress and meat on my plate. They replaced the plate and came back with same meet but cold. They took the meat back heated it and I was served the same meat three times and only after my family had finished their meal. They forgot the sides on the plate and no replacement cola was offered. It’s ok to spill as it can happen to anybody but they handled the situation poorly as amateurs and service was the worse ever. They just didn’t care and no compensation offered.

Delicious food at a reasonable price
I like the place except the host who was not so friendly. The service was not so high quality as the price or the food.
Of course the price is not cheap but you have to accept it before you enter the restaurant. :-)

It's an expensive restaurant, but the food is great, I had a great time with my kids.

Nusr Et, oh my god , It's an anagram of UNREST...why oh why has this place NOT been forced to close. Rip off circus style food service...it's a joke.
