He called me and spend almost an hour with me on call and he had no real reason to he answers to my messages with love and safety this before the bussines awesome person. U will not get better than this. His kindness and appreciation just WOW. His level of giving him self and giving advice and … im just left shocked special person .

I am going to thank Mister Halim AGAIN and cant be thankful enough for his work. And responsibility he is great man and great specialist.

I had my hair transplant at IdealofMed in May 2025, about 9-10 months ago. The entire experience was great. I flew from Australia to Istanbul and everything was organised and very easy. I got picked up, dropped to my hotel. The next day I got picked up at 8am and had my prodecure which took about 7-8 hours. The doctors were extremely professional and caring. I was jet lagged and tired and they were very friendly and always checking in on me to make sure I was alright. The next day I went in for the first wash and I was surprised with how good I felt. They gave me very easy instructions to follow for the first 10 days and the steps for the next few months and expectations to follow. I am so happy with my experience at idealofmed and am thrilled with how good the transplant looks. It is a very natural look and I have had a lot of people tell me how good it looks. I would recommend idealofmed they were great before, during and after the procedure. 5 stars, thank you idealofmed for restoring my confidence. I feel like my ideal me!

The communication with the clinic regarding the procedure, schedule and travel was flawless. There was constant transparency and professionalism throughout while maintaining attention that was personal yet relaxed. Expectations and instructions before, during and after procedure were precise, clear and real.
The design of the hairline was very quick which made me doubtful at first but this was the ideal and correct hairline. Because of the consistent communication I was never under stress or anxiety during the recovery period. My mental health, self-confidence and confidence was improved drastically post operation. There was also never a moment during which I doubted the legitimacy and professionalism of the clinic, the staff and equipment. Having done extensive research on other experiences with other clinics and horror stories, I was incredibly happy and comfortable with IdealofMed.

MY HAIR/BEARD TRANSPLANT WAS A DISASTER!

Please note: Most reviews of this company were written soon after surgery - ridiculous! This review was written after 21 MONTHS when results were FINAL.

Many reviewers of this company have no name or have only ever written 1 or 2 reviews. Doesn't that seem odd to you?

Pls READ and $AVE. I spent €3090 with IOM.

Surgery 27-4-2022: Got more hairs from donor area than expected (3700 grafts/10,000 hairs). Great!

RIPOFF! They said DOCTORS would "perform" (not "supervise") surgery: extraction, channel opening & implantation. I discovered on surgery day, women doing implantation were NOT DOCTORS!

SURGERY WAS A JOKE - NOT A STERILE ENVIRONMENT! People walked in & out of room non-stop. Technicians talked & laughed. MOBILE PHONES RANG, WERE ANSWERED & PUT ON SPEAKER! They yelled across room to partners what time they'd be home & what to have for dinner - chaos! Interpreter meant to be in room at ALL TIMES. He sat there bored then left. When I asked for interpreter the ladies said "not here". Instead of getting him, I waited 90 mins before he returned. I had questions for ladies doing surgery.

I followed aftercare procedures meticulously. For first few mths after surgery, I sent photos. They told me it looked healthy & clean.

I was promised WhatsApp consultations after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12 & 18 mths. After first 6 mths, I never heard from these guys again. Even in first 6 mths, they seldom contacted me. It was usually ME contacting THEM several days after surgery anniversary.

Had small patch of beard missing. They implanted 700 hairs but used hair from my head. Bald spot didn't receive 10,000 hairs - only 9300. I now have fine head hair in my coarse beard. They charged €750 just for anaesthetic required in face. RIP OFF!

Lovely hotel but no minibar in transfer car as advertised. I did not get what I paid for including follow-up consultations. They TOOK MY CASH & RAN!

They said wait 18 mths to see full results. I emailed photos after 19 mths & they vowed to reply within 72 hrs.

Never heard a word for OVER 2 MONTHS until I posted Trustpilot review. Then they emailed WITHIN 2 DAYS!

THEN THINGS GOT NASTY!

I asked to speak to Head Office in Sweden. They refused, but eventually gave in to my insistence.

I spoke on WhatsApp to one of the directors. Let's call him "D1" (he's completely bald). He talked & talked, trying to "tick all the right boxes". I live in Australia. Told him I'd be in Sweden in May 2024 for 9 days.

He made me FIRST OFFER - fly me from Sweden to Turkey, give me hotel & FREE corrective surgery. But there was a condition: DELETE THIS REVIEW!

Told him I didn't want to delete my honest, fair review. He EXPLODED & went BERZERK!

He yelled that I was impossible to deal with & they didn't want me in Turkey.

2ND OFFER: 100% refund IF I REMOVED THIS REVIEW! Again, I said it should stay online.

D1 still FURIOUS, a 3RD OFFER: 50% refund (€1545), THEN IF I REMOVED REVIEW, they'd refund other 50%. I actually AGREED to this.

After chatting 42 mins, D1 said he'd talk to the other 2 directors.

NEXT DAY: UTTER CHAOS & CONFUSION!

D1 claimed surgery was OUTSOURCED TO ANOTHER CLINIC, therefore my legal contract was with other clinic. I thought my surgery was done by IOM.

He also claimed I denied "Istanbul Manager" was present during my surgery. I never denied that! Apart from him being present, so was "Interpreter" until he left the room.

4TH OFFER: Despite AGREEING to their 3rd offer, they were now offering ONLY A 50% REFUND! They'd refund my deposit (€300), then IF I DELETED REVIEW, they'd refund other €1245. I explained if they only refunded 50%, I WOULD NOT DELETE REVIEW.

D1 again lost his temper & hung up on me.

From that moment, I only dealt with "Istanbul Manager". Options:

- Free corrective surgery but pay MY OWN airfares, hotel, visa & transfers. (5th OFFER)

- Or 50% refund IF I DELETED REVIEW.

I opted for 50% refund but told them I was disappointed not to get FULL refund.

I kept asking for contact details for other 2 directors. I only got silence. They can read this review online.

SO WHY DID I RE-POST MY REVIEW?

The removal request from IOM was against the rules of Trustpilot and totally unethical. I have reported IOM to every known authority in Turkey.

If I could attach photos or answer questions here, I would.

After 21 mths, I have maybe 10% of desired hair coverage.

In FAIRNESS, if this DODGY CLINIC refunds the other 50%, I will update this review. If you are reading this, I am STILL out of pocket €1545 + €1200 airfares.

Try Thailand, Sth Korea, China, India or Germany.

My experience with IdealofMeD – Idealcare in Istanbul has been nothing short of extraordinary. I came for crowns, and what I received was not just dental treatment, but true artistry, care, and dedication at the highest level.

From the very beginning, Emre, a dental specialist who coordinated my treatment, took exceptional care of me. He organized everything seamlessly, ensured that the entire process flowed smoothly, and looked after me with genuine warmth and professionalism. I felt safe, supported, and deeply cared for throughout my stay.

My dentist, Dr. Dilhan, is simply exceptional. She spent countless hours crafting my teeth with incredible precision, patience, and artistic sensitivity. She worked long evenings and even weekends, never rushing and never settling for “good enough.” She is a true perfectionist and an artist, and the result is the most natural, beautiful smile I could ever have imagined.

Dr. Roger was also part of the team, contributing through consultations and procedures, including an extraction, and working closely with Dr. Dilhan. What impressed me most was how the entire team collaborated — discussing, refining, and adjusting — until everything was absolutely perfect. They did not stop until it truly was.

Beyond their exceptional professionalism, they are also incredibly warm, kind, and heartfelt people. Their genuine care, humanity, and presence made me feel seen and truly valued, transforming the entire experience.

In addition to the outstanding dental care, everything surrounding the treatment was handled with the same level of excellence. The hotel accommodation was wonderful, and the transportation service was seamless and reliable throughout my stay. Knowing that all practical details were taken care of allowed me to fully relax and focus on my treatment — something that is truly rare in healthcare.

Despite the fact that many people fear dental visits, my time at IdealofMeD – Idealcare became some of the happiest moments of my life. The atmosphere, the care, the trust, and the genuine human warmth transformed the experience completely.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking not only outstanding dental results, but also compassion, integrity, and excellence. This is the clinic I will return to for the rest of my life.

The whole process I was accompanied with great care: no lies or false hope about the hair transplant procedure, total transparence as to what was gonna be done, no pressure for any additions, a really good welcome, and a perfectly done procedure.
I was my second time there, and i cannot recommend this clinic enough when it comes to hair transplant. You get a proper follow-up for months afterwards, and they keep getting better and better.

I had a wonderful hair transplant experience at IdealofMeD and couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I want to briefly share my journey to Turkey to fix my teeth. Dental treatment in Sweden is very expensive, so after a lot of research I decided to travel to Turkey and chose a clinic called IdealofMeD

From start to finish, everything was very professional and well organized. The clinic was modern, the staff were skilled and caring, and I felt safe throughout the entire process.

The cost was much lower than in Sweden, but the quality exceeded my expectations.
This journey gave me not only a new smile, but also more confidence.

The attention and accommodation were great. They make sure that you are comfortable during the whole process and try to explain and give guidance the whole way.
I also talked to some people who had hair transplants before and they were really happy about how my transplant area and density were planned.

Grait organization. Everything worked well from beginning (pre-operation guidelines, driver pick-up , luxury hotel accomodation, blood sampling) to operation and post-operation care. Very professional and expert medical staff. I am very happy with the final result.

Well-organized setup, got a lot done in just a few days, a professional company that has done this several times before. They take you as a customer seriously and organize all medical appointments you may have. You should count on 2 packages if lot of bold areas. Translationfolk is at the hospital.

I am pleased with the entire hair transplant journey I recently completed. From the initial assessment to the final transfer back, everything was handled with care and professionalism.

The assessment process was thorough and reassuring, and I felt well-informed at every step. Communication with both the remote and local teams was excellent, which made the experience feel seamless and supportive. Upon arrival, the transfer arrangements were smooth and the bus provided was very comfortable throughout my stay.
The transplant day itself lasted around seven hours, but despite the long day, I was impressed by the team's dedication and focus. I'm genuinely happy with the results so far.
The hotel accommodation was also convenient and made the recovery period more comfortable.

Did some hair vitamins, prp treatments and hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Really great senior doctors did the work. Unbelievable good clinic 10/10 rating.

I was at Idealofmed in Istanbul in December 2024. The entire process—from scheduling the appointment to the hair transplant itself and the aftercare—could not have been better. Achieving a natural result was very important to me. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result after 12 months. While there are certainly cheaper providers in Turkey, that was not a deciding factor for me. I had around 3,500 grafts implanted and paid just under €4,000 in total, including flights. I can highly recommend it to anyone.
