If I could give zero stars I would!!
Placed an order, spent £50! Order never arrived, I emailed multiple times, reached out on their social media platforms and have been ignored everytime. I have since read comments on their instagram posts others having the same thing happen to them, comments eventually get deleted off their comments.
Compete scam!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY! They will take your money and you will not receive any products

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. Items are paid for but not sent out! I sent several emails and got no reply. Total scam. If you don’t get your items, report to bank who will reimburse you.

If I could put 0 stars I would

If I could put 0 stars I would, this company is a complete scam do not buy from them! Luckily I paid through Klarna and have this in a dispute with them, I placed my order a month ago I have emailed 4 times and messaged on Instagram with no reply to any of my messages from them, my order is nowhere to be seen! SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Is this company even real?

Made an order, they took my payment and nothing ever came. I messaged the site's help email and messaged them on insta but never received any response.

I was really looking forward to…

I was really looking forward to receiving this product and spent £45 on face and décolletage patches. After 3 weeks I contacted via email to say no product received and chased the email a few days later with no reply. Perhaps a day or 2 later I received a notification through shop to say money being refunded which they have done. But no communication from anyone and actually, I wanted the product! Not a refund!! Shame…will have to look elsewhere as don’t want to reorder due to such terrible customer service

Scam - do not buy

Placed my order on 17 March. It was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days. Nothing has arrived and my emails remain unanswered. Scam company!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Ordered 13th of March and have heard nothing since despite numerous emails. Is this a scam??? Any others with similar experience???
