In September 2015 I made a decision to go ahead with breast augmentation. I received a consultation with my surgeon Dr Borghini who explained the procedure and answered any questions or concerns I may of had. He made the consultation as comfortable as possible and gave me constant reassurance and the best advice possible. I was unsure what size to go for as I am only 5ft 1 and a size 6-8 I told Dr Borghini that I didnt want a size that would suit my body frame and that i wanted them to look more natural. Dr Borghini listening to what I wanted and he chose the size for me, I put all my trust and faith into my surgeon. I am now 7 months post op and the results are amazing my confidence has gone from 0 to 100. Not one person can tell that I have had the procedure done and that was the look I was going for.
The aftercare I received was amazing I had plenty of follow up appointments where Dr Borghini re checked them to ensure they was healing and settling correctly. Due to the bandages/tape I ended up with a small water blister just from the irritation but me not knowing what it was at that time went into a panic and thought that something was wrong I rang NU cosmetics and they got me in straight away, they checked me over and confirmed that it was just a water blisters caused from the tape rubbing against my skin. Just knowing thay I had that support there if I needed it put my mind at ease. I am now considering otoplasty but i will only have it done with the same surgeon, I couldn't think of a better company, surgeon to have any procedures with. Everyone was amazing and I Thankyou all from the bottom of my heart for helping me find myself again and increasing my confidence dramatically, you really have changed my life.

Despite them cancelling the night before my op I asked for a further date which was half promised then cancelled again. I asked for a refund. Took over a month of phone calls, emails, visit to office and eventually a solicitor getting involved before they refunded my money. Would not give them another chance. Bad customer service.

Brilliant experience couldn't fault it. The hospital the produce took place was amazing! The nurses were lovely and so helpful! Mr Borghini was absolutely brilliant helpful and a very nice man. A special thank you to JUlie she was so helpful and answered all questions. Julie even took calls out of hours to support us before the op and continues to offer me great support! Also Marie has been brilliant after the op calling me to check how I am getting on! All in all everyone was amazing 5 star treatment! I am so happy with my breast they look absolutely amazing can not thank the surgeon and everyone that's offered me support enough! Thank you

From the consultation right through to my op I felt at ease and the staff where lovely. I can't recommend Mr Bohgini enough, he excelled my expectations and I am so so happy with the results! It's only been 2 weeks post op and I am now back to normal and enjoying my new breasts and the confidence they have given me! If you're considering breast surgery I would highly recommend this clinic!

I am very happy with my vaser lipo surgery result and NU team has looked after me exceptionally well. I have had other surgery in past with another company but Nu Cosmetic Team is amazing and they look after you really well.

How can I describe the wonderful treatment I have received right from day one. My surgeon Dr Dutta and his team made me feel safe and cared for. The nursing staff were wonderful and always there.
I am very pleased with my result. Everything was handled professionally and texceeded my expectation. Each step of the procedure was explained to me before it was done. I was greatly satisfied.

All the employees are very kind and absolutely professional.

From my first call I have felt happy and confident. Julie talked me through all my little worries. The consultant they use is excellent. He advised me on what's best for my size and gave me all the information I needed to be sure this was right for me. I'm glad I chose Nu I feel it's personal and professional. Nu Cosmetics (in Nottingham) have been very professional with my laser hair removal treatment. They have had to cancel my appointments a couple times but rescheduled them straight away or made sure they could get a practitioner in for that day. The practitioners are lovely and know what they are doing. The machine they use is relatively pain-free and the results were looking good from the very first session. I would highly recommend Nu Cosmetics.

I found the staff were all very friendly and helpful, making you feel more comfortable and at ease with the treatment. A lady called Raz helped me along the way, she dealt with any queries or concerns I had. My surgeon, Dr. Borghini, was honest and he made sure I was certain with the treatment I wanted. Fantastic surgeon. The procedure was organised and efficient, all the staff were friendly and had a sense of humour. On the day of the surgery I arrived at 7:30am and was put straight through. I would highly recommend NU cosmetics, best decision I have made.

I had breast enlargement done in 2012, I couldn't make my follow up appointment due to a death in the family but I did contact them in regards to this and it was fine. I was told I would get a phone call in regards to another appointment but never received one. I've since had problems with my left breast and have called numerous times in regards to this and just keep being told they will call me back but never do. I've seen my own doctor who recommended going back to my surgeon to get it checked as they should still be in warranty but still nothing.

I got my lips enhanced (fillers in my top lip) to make it appear fuller and more defined. The staff were very professional and friendly, and there was minimal pain. I have received so many compliments already and feel so much more confident with my smile. I would recommended NU to anyone.

On the third day of my eyebrows transplant, feeling good so far. My experience with NU consmetics clinic has been fantastic, a lady called Raz did my Initial consultation she was brilliant very professional and informative. On the day of the procedure Dr Dutta was very polite and ensured I was happy with the shape of my brows, Brilliant Dr with great customer service skills.

I would recommend NU Costmetics to friends and familiy as I believe the services provided was excellent and the staff are very professional.

I'm really excited for the end result and would like to thank Dr Dutta and Raz helping me make this big change in my life.

I am one week post op today I had a re Aug breast enlargement with Mr borghini and I have to say he's done an excellent job we whent with 620cc overs
Everything is going great and I am so so pleased not only this but Mr borghini is such a lovely man so kind friendly and professional

I have always found the prices affordable. The staff are very helpful and polite.
I have always been satisfied with my treatments and the attention to detail, i received.

Each time I attend Nu Cosmetic I have always been greeted with a smile. All the staff have been pleasent with me. I have recommended this clinic to my friends and family. Nu can answer your questions and be helpful with suggestions. So I just want to say a big thank you to Nu Cosmetic.

I have had many treatment over the years and aways been satisfied . My last visit for a treatment was two weeks ago and I am booked in again this week.

I had a hair transplant booked for a Sunday at the beginning of November that I had spent a whole year saving up for as I wanted to look good for my wedding. Due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control I had to cancel and called on the Wednesday afternoon. I spoke to 'lady 1' who was condescending and tried to tell me how to run work so I could attend and told me that 'you'll feel great after having the procedure, I really recommend you reconsider' . I told her I wanted a full refund and she said she would get in touch. She never did so 3 weeks later I called and spoke to her. She denied all knowledge of speaking to me even though I had voicemails on my phone confirming it was her. I was promised a call back the same day and it didn't happen . I then proceeded to call every day and ask to speak to a manager- each time I was told I would get a call back and I never did. I was then told to e mail and would get a reply the same day, after 6-7 e mails no reply and the office girls had no idea when a manager would be in: I eventually got hold of 'lady 2' who hasn't bothered replying to my messages despite assuring me she would sort out the situation Asap as usual. The staff can't be trusted with even simple tasks .

Today - after almost 10 weeks of trying I got through to an actual manager today who told me that terms and conditions state it is non refundable if you cancel within 1-7 days of the procedure. I have never seen or been given any terms or conditions and had certainly not signed anything mentioning this so I asked where these terms and conditions were. She told me that "sometimes you can ask to see them but they aren't always there to be seen and it's not always offered so I might not have seen them /got a chance to read them and you do not sign the terms and conditions. "

This is an absolute outrage and as a clinical practitioner myself I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I shall be takings further legal action as I refuse to believe that they can keep my hard earned £7000 for doing absolutely nothing .

It was really an amazing experiment, A young and healthy hair started to grow after my second session. Now I really can find the difference. I can say 'it worked' . Beside, the staff are very nice and friendly :-)

I've been a client of the clinic for around 5 years+ now and have had several non surgical procedures, plus a hair transplant, all of which I have been extremely happy with.
The consultations were in depth and everything was explained to me throughout my procedures. I've recommended several of my own clients to the clinic for both non surgical and surgical operations, all of which also speak highly of their experiences and results. Staff are attentive and friendly, providing an excellent service and results every time!

I have always been treated professionally at the Nu clinic. Although nervous I was put at ease and everything was explained in full.
