I had breast augmentation surgery in Dolan Park. Surgical experience and post surgical care was very good. Anaesthetist was excellent and some of the Nu team members do not mind even if you approach them 24/7 for advice and are friendly. They even strived to get me a suitable surgical slot at a short notice. My post operative recovery was quite good and I healed nicely though Dolan Park nurses infection control mechanisms were not up to the scratch.

The success of any company is the number of their satisfied customers. After all that money and time spent, after having scars on my body, I am disappointed with the results I got. I don't look much different to pre surgery except that I now have scars underneath my breasts. I wonder whether they did insert any implants or not. If Nu team had given importance to their customer satisfaction, shown care, had spent a little extra time and gone that extra mile to make sure about my requirements before the surgery and supported me through my decision making, I strongly feel I could have had the results that i desired. I wouldn't be sat here disappointed, thinking about re-do surgery. Whats more disappointing is that when I raised my concerns post surgery that I am looking similar size to the pre surgery with the Nu team, I was told that thats the size I wished for and was advised to wear padded bras if i want to look bigger. If thats what was my wish, I would have been happy today instead of thinking about the repeat surgery. The whole reason for this brave step was to come out of wearing padded bras to feel confident and its frustrating to go back to padded bras even after having scars on my body and spending the money. They said they will give me some concession for the repeat surgery. What the point?Having to go through this once was a big deal for me; spending money again and having more scars on my body is worrying me.Is it some sort of a business tactics. But i have not been left with any other option. Every day I look at my breasts, I am feeling depressed and hate to look at them. I fit in nicely in my old bras. My breasts look very similar to pre surgery except that they look ugly in view of the scars now. It feels like I have spent money to ruin my breasts. This 4000 pounds could have been spent more wisely.

I have this piece of advice for the women out there who want to augment their breast size. It must have taken a long time, lot of thinking before you came to this decision. Take your time to choose the right implants and the size that makes you absolutely happy before going under the knife. It doesn't matter what others in the clinic think and what they suggest. I trusted Nu professionals clinical judgment and experience to give the best results for me and I was wrong. At the end of the day, its your body. If you are going under the muscle, make sure you go extra on top of what makes you happy and what the Nu team suggests you during the implant trial.

I would not recommend Nu Clinic to my friends or family.

Thank you for the reply. I know there is nothing that can be changed now and my pre-surgery breasts and my money will not come back to me. Though size of my breasts is unchanged but they are now scarred. Atleast for future, I sincerely feel you as a team should look at the following.

1)Attitude of the Nu team should change. We should be fully supported through our choice and shouldn't influence our decisions by their own opinions and comments.

2)Harsh comments like 'you had no breasts before and you have some now. Be happy with what you have now than being breast crazy' should be avoided.

3)We should be given an option to try few extra size implants.

4)Nu team should also try and show the model of actual silicone implants that will be implanted.

Past 6 Months, I've had 3 PRP treatments, my 1st one was in London which was with a different clinic, was very far and costly considering the travel costs.

Manage to find Nu Cosmetic clinic in Liverpool, had gone for a FREE Hair Transplant and PRP consultation. The staff had been very professional, friendly and welcoming.

Taken out a package which included 3 PRP treatments over 3 months, the price was reasonable. My final treatment is this month (November'16).

Over the past 3-4 months PRP has really made a difference to my scalp and seen results with more hair density and thicker hair. Defiantly recommended!! The Surgeon was very professional, the entire procedure was carried out by him.

Also considering PRP has a facial, which I've seen many celebs done including Kim Kardashian, also known as Vampire facial.

Overall would defiantly recommend Nu Cosmetic Clinic for treatments.

One of my mate's, he's considering a hair transplant very soon at the same clinic.

Can't fault the service given by NU cosmetics from first contact With Julie she did everything possible to help me through the process, not only did Julie book my consultations but also was there every step of the way checking I was happy with everything and seeing how I was feeling both before and after surgery. Couldn't fault the service that was provided and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!!

So this is my second time with NU and I would/have told other people to use NU if surgery is something your looking into..doctor Singh well he is just amazing at he job.The staff at NU are happy to help.but there is 2 lady's that make NU!!maire and joyce you couldn't ask for 2 nicest women if you tryed.they are on call 24/7 they will help you, listen to you, check your ok and laugh with you..so thank you maire and joyce for everything, you both are really amazing women

I had vaser lipo with Nu Me over 12 months ago.
I found their prices and interest-free payment options really competitive.

Above all the service was really good. They managed my expectations well and always delivered the service they promised.

I was very happy with my results, at first I needed a small revision which again was done without question or issue- at no charge.

I continue to use Nu Me now for various treatments due to their reliability, cost and service.

The hero of this experience is Mr Mashhadi who did a superb and professional job. My thanks also go to Marie who has been constant source of comfort.
Communication was the only problem but that was minor. The consultation was booked back in July but wasn't confirmed until the day - luckily I was able to get there. I must admit I was very uncertain and doubtful on going there. I return to the USA in October and had made tentative enquiries online about having the procedure done there. Then I met Mr Mashhadi and he put me at ease very quickly so obviously knowing what he was doing - so much so that I decided there and then to go for it - the clincher was that there would be ample time for recovery before my return across the pond.
Then one week before the surgery date I was told that more information was needed from my GP. After several frantic phone calls and 2 GP visits I was back on track.
The day of the surgery I arrived at the clinic early and was soon gowned ready to go into the theatre - then the lights went out - yes a powercut - not their fault!!!! 2 hours later it became obvious that it wasn't going to happen today so they gave me lunch - THEN the lights came on - earlier than forecast!!! I wasn't the only person affected by this and it was decided that it would be done on Sunday - 2 days later - again Mr Mashhadi was very influential in arranging this and making me feel at ease . I discovered on Sunday that even if I had not eaten it would not have happened because the electricity company could not guarantee continuous supply.
The surgery I don't remember - just a needle going into my arm and then waking up with boobs!!! - the admission bit had been easy - I'd rehearsed that already!! After a couple of hours I was well enough to get into a taxi and go back to my brother's place. Later that evening I was well enough to take a train back home. The next day I was able to drive the short distance into town to get my gel nails redone.
5 days after surgery I returned to the clinic for my post op appointment where they removed the bandaging confirmed that healing was going well with no sign of infection.
Wearing a sports type bra 24/7 is a challenge - I have made this easier by sleeping in a longline version so that the band isn't using the same part of my chest.
I did NOT need the pain meds they gave me - I think that besides being due to Mr Mashhadi's skill my decision to go for over rather than under the muscle helped this aspect!!
It is now just over a week from surgery and life is starting to return to normal - I went for a walk yesterday and as there was no discomfort ended up walking over 5 miles - jogging will have to wait a few weeks!!

Everyone at Nu were absolutely brilliant before, during and after my procedure. Everything was explained to me and if I ever had any queries or needed anything, they were there for me 24/7. Am so happy I had my op with Nu. Second to none.

my lady has booked an appointment for consultation. I took a day off to go with her for it. no one show up. I rang them up to ask what happen - was told that appointment been canceled - yeah - great that someone has let me know... (NOT)

Had botox and fillers done with nu and they are fantastic 10 to 15 years off me within days. Very friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble for them . These are The Professionals .

Had my procedure done at nu cosmetics and could not fault them at all, they were helpful, understanding and met every need!!
The surgeon Dr Mahedev, is very professional, explains what would look best, but still leaves the choice upto you. I've never felt as happy with the work he has done they are absolutely perfect, symmetrical, everything i dreamed of.

Every confidence with Deborah, that you will achieve the results you want and be in safe hands. Due to Deborah's extensive knowledge and experience I have never experienced any down time. As I have previously with other clinics (due to bruising) and have always felt confident and delighted with the end result.

I had a non surgical nose job done at the Liverpool clinic by Deborah and can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done! My nose has always bothered me in life and I always wanted a nose jobdone but could never really afford it something would always crop up in life to stop me saving. When I seen that NU was offering non surgical nose jobs I thought I would give the procedure a try and the results were amazing. Ive had so many compliments and I feel so much more confident within myself now. I would always avoid have a side profile picture done because of the hump in my nose and now it doesn't bother me at all. I had my treatment done in January and results are meant to last 6 months to a year but my results are still the same from when I had it done 7 months ago, when the time comes I will be definantly going back for a top up as I just couldn't imagine going back to the old nose shape I use to have.

Had a good experience staff was friendly and nothing was too much trouble mr borghina performed my breast augmentation and all went fab natural looking boobs which is what I wanted. Marie and Joanne was fab I was a bit of a nightmare with all the calls but they was aways pleasant to me and on the day of surgery mr Borghini made me feel at ease.

Very happy with Dr Dutta and the team of the clinic for the Hair transplant procedure. Already looking good and hopefully will be long lasting :) Painfree and I look 10 years younger.

I was told that the level of service being provided to me was because I was a customer via Groupon. They refused to book me earlier, refused to send me a reminder, refused to send me emails of my appointment date etc. When questioned I was told, "Your through Groupon and you wont be getting the same service as others". I immediately cancelled my appointment with them and never will return to then

I would recommend these people 10/10 Very friendly helpful was always there to talk and help I'm extremely happy with the outcome off my Surgury was a 32a now 32c so much more happier and confident in myself used to hide my body had to wear 3 bras now no need for that any more best things about the Surgury my breast look so real and natural they don't look fake atall.
Price of Surgury was good to.
If I ever need any other Surgury in future will defiantly be coming back to these guys

On my second treatment of laser hair removal now in Nottingham and saw a difference after my first session. I've had IPL in the past elsewhere but saw no improvement. I definitely recommend Nu they DO NOT use IPL they use medical lasers. Lovely staff polite and made me feel comfortable, should of done it years ago.

In hindsight I should have done more research. Had I read the article in the Liverpool echo on 7th Dec 2015 earlier I would never have even made an appointment.
However, I booked for a surgical procedure, paid in full a month before as required, only to have Nu cancel the day before. Unable to rebook I requested a refund and was told it would be paid that week. Many emails later , and after the involvement of solicitors I now finally have my money. As compensation I was offered the opportunity to receive more service, no thanks. This appalling customer service means I would never recommend you to anyone.

Hi there I have been goin to Nu cosmetics for few years now for Botox and fillers I am very satisfied with each treatment the girls are very friendly and helpful look after you. Debra who does my treatments is lovely and does not try to persuade you to have a treatment you do not need because of them I look and feel younger I also have had varicose vein removed by dr duta he is lovely and funny his after care is good you can cal him at anytime if you are worried as a whole the staff are very helpful I would recommend Nu cosmetics to anyone thk you girls x

I'v been thinking of breast augmentation for 15 years and have done lots of research in those years. I came across nu clinic and gave them some research ! I was amazed by the pricing and a free consultation. Which by the way a lot of companies charge. Between £150 and £200 . So the free consultation and great pricing so I gave them a call . I spoke to Julie who was such a happy person on the phone to me and listened to everything I had to saywich was a lot .she got me an appointment within days as shenew I was coming from Scotland . I had my consultation with dr boghini who was great and asked me how and what size I was considering I asked for a dd and get the go ahead. I go for surgery in 10 days time and can't be more excited than I am already!
Marie then took me to a room and reassured me about things and said she would be I touch if I need a question answered. Just to call her anytime . Great. Service Julie and Marie. All in so far staff and dr and clinic excellent.
And one more thing. Very clean clinic kept up to date .
