This clinic is a total SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I've been expecting a refund of £2700 agreed and offered by them however since the email was sent to me, promising I'll get refunded in full, they totally disappeared from the EARTH. I cannot get a hold of absolutely anyone. It is all one big lie. The reason I was offered a refund is because they booked a wrong dates for my surgery ( admitting an error on their side in writing). Shortly after when I requested a receipt against the payment I made through BACs, they came back to me saying we've not received your money!!!! I was 'EXCUSE ME' !!!! I did send them an official statement from my bank confirming the payment hit their account and then two weeks later they finally managed to find my payment which was sitting in their account for a month already!
Now after all the stress, after the harassment I need to take from the very few reception staff, I'm pushed in the corner to bring in media and put forward a court case against them. The funds (my funds) they are holding illegally are needed for a life threatening surgery, which they obviously don't care for!!!!

Outrageous behavior from all their staff! NU COSMETIC CLINIC must be shut down!
i feel so upset and disgusted! It's been two months since I was promised the refund - this situation has harmed me emotionally and mentally so badly! I have no words to express how upsetting and how ridiculous the whole situations is!

NU COSMESTIC IS A SCAM

I saw one of their surgeon back in January for lipo and everything went well, I chose a date for my procedure for February 27th in London and the surgeon assistance told me payment had to be made to secure the date I wanted, I made two payment which total to £1700, few days after, the surgeon assistance called to informed me that the date I wanted in London is not available and had requested from their management to refund my £1700 back to me, she gave me the management contact number, I called I spoke to a lady called Katie and later Paul Woodcox and was advised that refund usually take a month for it to be process, this was back in January the 15th, since February 15th I have being calling sending numerous emails but to no avail, all they do is tell lies, their receptionist is always taking messages as their never in the office, how could that be? I called the surgeon secretary to ask to speak to the surgeon but the surgeon wasn’t available, he later called them as I received an email that day that my refund is top of their priority list, I sent an email back that they have to be specific when am going to get my money back but up till now, no response. I called numerous time daily but never get through, their number is either engaged or no one is in the office.

This nu cosmestic clinic has set me back £1700 financially and this is really affecting me badly. They are not genuine clinic at all, they scam people off their money stylishly.

I would advise people out there to be ware of nu cosmetic clinic, they are scammers.

Every client here who has not been refunded due to due the many lies this untrustworthy clinic has posted is true.
Its been over 10 months and i am yet to receive my refund due to these terrible people who has collected a deposit, cancelled the dates which i could not change. I have sent several emails since they keep lying on the phone that top management is either not available or out of town. They are extremely rude. I have all the emails i have sent. The communication had was them telling me the money will reflect in my account after five days. That was august 2017.
If you cannot provide the service you promised to why do you hold on to people’s money that they worked hard for.
DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Very good experience with this clinic.they were all very friendly,Very supportive throughout the procedure and after.Especially Mrs Mudera,a very honest and experienced consultant and Marie who kept in touch regularly after the surgery.

The only reason this isn’t 5 star is that I’ve found the reception staff blunt and hard to get hold of. I think this is unfortunate as the experience of the surgery itself was honestly amazing.
The review of surgery and surgeon itself:
I had a consultation with Mrs Mudera is Manchester early February and instantly felt listened to and like she understood what I was hoping to achieve. She was warm and open and made me feel comfortable and in safe, experienced hands. I was booked in for surgery on February 21st. They cancelled this surgery. The reason the reception staff gave was “it was not cost effective as the other person this day has cancelled” personally I think this reason is ridiculous. Also every time they said they would ring me to sort out a new date, they never ever did. I chased them and finally got a new date of March 29th. I’ll admit, my trust in them had diminished slightly.
Anyway,
I went to Alexandra private hospital on March 29th. It’s a lovely clean hospital and it’s nice and small so you don’t feel rushed or just ‘one of many’ I got a private en suite room and all the staff were amazing. They put my mind at rest and I was again, made to feel very comfortable. I met with Mrs Mudera again before surgery and she once again explained everything to me in great detail. She is incredible the detail she goes into, it really helped me understand everything (some other surgeons I had consultations with at different places felt like they were rushing to get me out of the door for the next person. Never once did I feel this with Mrs Mudera)
The surgery went well, I am thrilled with the results.
Just had my one week follow up with a lovely nurse called Julie who said all looks good. Honestly they’ve restored my breast back to their former glory of before child birth. I had 360cc implants under the muscle.
I hope the clinic can sort out the reception staff a bit and maybe teach them to make patients feel a bit more welcome. It is a shame they left a negative impact as once again, I will repeat Mrs Mudera is awesome! I would recommend her to anyone and would happily put my trust in her again.

I was little bit apprehensive after reading couple of negative feedback, however I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for any surgery not offered in NHS. I had eye bag removed with them and was provided with complete information and aftercare required. The ladies are just one phone call away and they did their upmost to fit me in after the cancellation due to MRSA screening which was unknown to me. I was offered alternative dates and was fitted in as soon as they can. I am not sure why some of the patients are complaining as i could not praise them enough as at times sometime theater dates do get cancelled. I have already recommended you to few of my friends and they will be contacting you soon.

Had breast augmentation approx 3/4 years ago with Olu at the Nottingham clinic.
The lady I dealt with - Raz - was so knowledgeable and helpful and understood my needs, once I had spoken to Olu he was extremely professional and helpful and again very understanding.
I would hands down recommend this company to absolutely anyone looking to get surgery. I am looking to get lip fillers next and want to use Nu Cosmetic Surgery again from the brilliant service I have received from start to finish, not only that I finally have great boobs!!! :) Thank you so much Olu & all of the staff at the Nottingham & Manchester Nu Clinics!!!!! xx

After 2 years deliberation, decided to undergo a Vaser liposuction surgery on my chest, abdomen, flanks and back. Choose Nu Clinic because of the excellent customer service and competitive price.
Had my surgery with Mr Athanasiou at the One Health Clinic in Hammersmith.
Happy with the results so far. After care is very important and this has been good. Can't wait to see the final results in a few months time.Very sure this would boost my confidence.
Recommended if you are thinking of doing this surgery.

This is my favorite laser removal place (ok, maybe with one downtown, but they are more expensive).

I got for 15 min appointment for arm pits. They are always on time, they use the proper settings so it's effective without burning me. They even offered me a package that was just as good as my groupon, after I was done with the groupon (most place double or triple to continue)

I also like that it's close to trader joes so it makes my trip to brookline worthwhile on the weekends, and they have easy parking in the back, I always find a spot on the weekend!

I enjoyed my first Facial EVER with Mr Adele Keshawi! My skin feels so amazing! It was such an awesome experience! Mr Adele Keshawi is so knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! I can't wait to recommend all my brides to her! Annnnnd come back myself! �

From the get go Nu Cosmetics were very responsive to my enquiries made on the contact form I was booked originally with Mr Guisseppe for BA. I had my consultation with him and Sarah the care coordinator (Who was absolutely brilliant throughout) I went away confident thinking that was it. I was booked for surgery with him originally at the beginning of September 2017.. this was then moved to end of September and then 5 days before surgery cancelled and I was not given another date. I was totally unimpressed but Sarah and the team at Nu Cosmetics in Liverpool were a massive help in getting me booked in to see another surgeon (Mr Singh) for a consultation and I was given a provisional surgery date with him providing I was happy with the consultation. Mr Singh only boosted my confidence and I went away with a skip in my step knowing that it was fate that my previous surgery’s were cancelled.
My surgery was done at the Alexandra Private Hospital in Chesterfield. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff at the hospital were nothing but inviting, friendly and helpful.
My confidence in Mr Singh was only proven more when looking at the results of my BA. The scars are minimalistic and he really listen to what I wanted out of my surgery.. sizing, shape and natural Iooking.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Mr Singh enough he’s an absolute god send and if for whatever reason I look to go back for a reduction or another enlargement I will definitely be requesting Mr Singh!

I wanted to wait until I could see the full results of my surgery before posting my review.

I booked a consultation with Nu online after seeing their Vaser Liposuction offer prices. A representative phoned me quickly following my e-mail and arranged a consultation for me to see Dr Siddiqi at the Liverpool clinic. It was there I met Marie my patient co-ordinator who has been so lovely and attentive and really been a great help at answering any questions I had pre and post-op, sorry for being a nagging pain sometimes!

My consultation with Dr Siddiqi lasted around 40 minutes and I left feeling certain he was the right surgeon for me. After reading reviews online from past patients I decided to book in for my surgery. On the date of my surgery I felt quite apprehensive as this is the first cosmetic procedure I have had and wasn't sure what to expect but the staff at Pall Mall Medical were wonderful.

I ordered an extra garment following my surgery which arrived within a couple of days and have been wearing it as advised by Dr Siddiqi. After 3 months I can now see the full results of my surgery and feel like a changed woman, so many people have commented on my new figure.

At first I was sceptical as the prices are so low compared with other companies I enquired at, but I'm happy I did my research before hand and couldn't be happier with the results.

I am so happy I found Dr Dutter and his team!!
I had lipo done from another company 2 years ago that left chunks of uneven fat taken out my legs, I lost all self confidence it was a disaster. Thankfully I found Dr Dutter and his lovely nurse Marie, they listened, & understood everything, & it wasn't just about taking your money, they truly cared. A year on he has transformed me. The results are far better than I expected !

The hospital was lovely including the nurses the operation went perfectly and the pain wasn’t anywhere near what I thought it would be.

The price of the surgery was the cheapest I could find with one of the best surgeons I could find so that’s a bonus in itself.

My surgery was moved by a few days and the hospital was moved also with two weeks before surgery but they kindly gave me free accommodation at a hotel which I didn’t use as just wanted to get home 2h 30min drive.

Good cumincation with NU staff and feel happy with the outcome and aftercare.

I had my BA on the 10th of November with mr singh at the chesterfield hospital & I can not tell you how happy I am with everything.. first of all, all of the staff at nu cosmetics Sarah, the nurse Julie are so so helpful! Always answer any questions I have. Secondly the staff at Alexander private hospital were amazing.. made me feel calm and relaxed! And last but not least Mr Singh! He has completely changed my life.. I have never felt so confident & it’s only just over 2 weeks since my op! My scars are really neat.. I had minimal pain throughout the whole process! Thank you so much for changing my life NUcosmetic clinic! Will 100% come here again for any further surgery!

Fabulous! I was very nervous when I arrived, never having had any type of cosmetic surgery before. I was immediately put at at ease by a lovely nurse, Maria? Dr Dhutta was very welcoming and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands. He talked to me throughout the procedure, I had chin lipo, making sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. Would highly recommend, very pleased with results.

I had breast augmentation surgery on the 4th of September 2017. I was very pleased with the before during and after care throughout my experience with NU cosmetics and would definitely recommend. Great price offer, quality care, quality surgery, meticulous surgeon who really catered for my wishes and needs and I am so please with the results.
