Quick and easy
I had an issue with my rapid hot machine and rapid cool steriliser neither of them would work! Just one day I went to make a bottle and they don’t work the rapid hot machine was showing an error code. After googling what to do I followed there very easy steps and sent of all my relevant information to the customer service team. I got a reply within a hour from Marie who apologies and ordered my replacement straight away! I was so happy I was expecting to have to play about with the machine which I was dreading but Marie was amazing and explained to me it was a fault in the electronics which can’t be fixed and as it’s under warranty still I will be receiving a new one!

Nuby UV steraliser poor quality with…
Nuby UV steraliser poor quality with stitching defects causing issues zipping
3 x Nuby Rapid Cool Bottles - all cleaned with hot water milton and UV - strong smell from all of the seals (damp/ musty smell)
Used Nuby for 1st child 4 years ago and no issues - this time for 2nd all products bought seem to have the above issues
Unsure why the seals smell so strong which then causes the lid and bottl to also smell.

Missing part
I had an issue with my rapid cool (part missing) so I contacted the support team and they reached out to me super fast and helped to resolve it almost instantly. Despite me not having my receipt, after explaining the situation and describing what I had they still helped me. I've never had an issue with any of my other products from nuby and absolute love everything I've got, so so glad they were able to sort the issue quickly! Highly recommend Nuby for first time parents ❤️

My order came in 2 separate deliveries and I was unaware of this so phoned NUBY and got in contact with Marie she was fantastic, emailed me straight away to let me know what had happened and my parcel was with me the next day

Nuby rapidcool
I was given 2x nuby rapid cool as gift during pregnancy - not one but two of them have became unsafe the paint has come off both meaning the metal is burning to touch when cooling down bottles. I emailed nuby directly as they were brought in September but not used until March 2025 that I was unable to get help to fix the problem. Both flasks are unusable and have lasted for just under 8months of use!

Hi- thanks for getting in touch and for giving us the opportunity to address your complaint earlier. Unfortunately, as your Rapid Cools were outside of the warranty period, we were unable to replace them for you free of charge as per your request. We are sorry for this. As discussed, please refer to your instruction manual on how to correctly reset your flask so they can still be used.

After a piece within the Nuby Rapid Sterilise broke off, i contacted their customer service to enquire about its viability and they provided me with a replacement immediately.

Rapid Cooler replacement seal
I needed a replacement seal for the rapid cooler lid and emailed the team for a new one. They quickly responded and I was able to purchase some at a very cheap price, and I received my order very quickly

Spare parts
I emailed the company as I needed spare parts for my nuby rapid cool flask and received a reply promptly and they were able to sell me them and they sent me a link to pay and the items were dispatched the same day.

Fantastic customer service from Ashley
Customer service replied really quickly to my queries and Ashley was extremely helpful. Would have given 5* but for the slow postage. Delivery took almost a week, not the fault of Nuby but given the postage cost vs cost of item, perhaps an alternative courier needs to be considered.
