This is an awful, outdated scheme with clunky software and almost impossible to use , no sensible learning skills, silly setup and time-wasting protocols and I would never recommend this to anybody. I've recently started using Wispr Flow - which is a thousand times better.

J'ai commandé 2 casques de dictée vocale.
A réception le carton me semble un peu petit et je l'œuvre en présence du livreur : il n'y avait qu'un seul casque avec un bon de livraison indiquant une quantité de 2 casques.
Le livreur me dit qu'il est fréquent que des colis arrivent séparément.
A ce jour rien
Le service d'appel me fournit les mêmes explications : nous faisons une demande à nos supérieurs (qui ne travaillent pas cette après-midi, ou qu'ils ne répondent pas ...) mais qu'ils reviendront vers moi sans faute.
J'attends toujours.
Ils s'agit d'une plate-forme qui fait juste écran.
Cela commence à m'agacer.
S'ils ne règlent pas ce problème *c'est du vol : ils facturent 2 casques et n'en expedie q'un) je ne commande rais pas leur logiciel dragon
Bought Dragon 16 - big mistake
Bought Dragon 16. It's hardly changed since Dragon 12, still no AI grammer so I doesn't know you mean "to" not "two" etc etc etc.
Googling how to use it with gmail it directs you to firefox (on a PC). Firefox directs you to install an extension. Which doesn't work. And it turns out the article is just for an outdated version of the mac - the facility for gmail specific commands isn't available any more on any platform.
Software that downgrades over time, as it gets more expensive....

NO delivery. No response. High risk to buy from.
I ordered a headset from Nuance on March 10th 2023.
By 20th April 2023 - still no sign of the item being delivered.
Endless emails to Nuance produce nothing more than "we will investigate" responses.
I'm now reporting the company to the Trading Standards Authority in the UK to get them labelled as a 'scam,/fraud.
Also to Visa.
I can of course get a full refund from my credit card company but anyone paying by debit card is likely at minimum to find they are loaning this company money for months on end (they may well be in financial trouble) or worse losing everything when the company goes into liquidation, which can't be far off if they act like this all the time. They are basically a high risk company to deal with and should be AVOIDED AT ALL TIMES.
Dragon Naturally Speaking V15 Pro Individual
The Product; Dragon Naturally Speaking V15 Pro is a good product though far less accurate if you do not speak with a US accent.
However, its the company you have to deal with Nuance that are a nightmare to deal with. Normally I hate hearing of a big company buying out small ones as its almost a given that quality and customer care will dive. However, I cannot imagine how it could get worse but so far, MS have not managed to make it any better.
Everything is done to make simple things more difficult. Want to load a minor update to your program you spent loads of money on so you can deal with the world? Other companies you just click the "check for update" then click the yes please and its done. NOT Nuance. You have to go through about 5 different webpages, you have to go and find your original license key, give them all your personal details again just to load a tiny update! Its just representative of dealing with this PITA company.
There is no viable alternative for disabled people so we will have to continue to deal with them. If there were Nuance would have gone out of business years ago.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, they do not refund the defective products (such as their PowerMic) they continually produce and do not respond to complaints.
Dragon failed to reinstall after computer repair
I recently had to have my PC repaired and lost several programs including Dragon Home which I use for my work as a translator. I tried to redownload it but got the message that too long had past since purchase (2 years). I rang customer services and was sent a link which did not work. Rang them again the following day and was sent a different link which also did not work. I then spent half an hour on the phone to another advisor who was unable to help and fobbed me off. I have just written a formal letter of complaint. And it's not the first time I have had problems, last time I ended up repurchasing the product, it's not acceptable. Do not use this company if you can help it.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, do not use this company. I purchased the home software for £139.99 but recently bought a new laptop. I have just found out that I cannot transfer the software to my new laptop unless I "upgrade" to a multiple download version for another £100. Tried to complain, got nowhere. Never had this issue with any other software provider, this should not be legal

As others have stated do not buy from this company. I purchased their Dragon dictation software, not cheap, and then needed to re-install it. That's when you find your serial number no longer works. Get in touch with customer service only to be referred to a bunch of small print that you would certainly never have ploughed through on purchase even if you could have understood it. That's when you find out your serial number or your download file expires after 2 years. Effectively you never bought, merely rented at an extortionate price. Sharp practise is putting it mildly, certainly questionable legality. Avoid this company like the plague.

Ärger für 1300 Euro
Ärger für 1000 Euro. Habe mir im Sommer die Home Edition gekauft.Leider wusste ich nicht, dass ich diese nicht mit einem diktiergerät decheffriren kann. Also benötigt es die Professionelle Version für 700 Euro. Da ich so viel Geld nicht ausgeben wollte, habe ich mit von Phillips für über 100 Euro ein diktiergerät inkl Software zum Transkription geholt. Wollte es sogleich versuchen und erfuhr, dass das nur mit der Version Premium funktioniert. Also habe ich in sauren Apfel gebissen und die ebenfalls geholt. Da der erste Monat abgelaufen war konnte ich die home Version nicht zurück schicken. So jetzt kann ich loslegen.
Leider ist die Transkription nicht bei 99.9 Prozent sondern max bei 70. Okay, also vergessen wir das mit dem diktiergerät und arbeiten nur am pc. Die home und Premium haben für mich keine Nennwerten Unterschiede.
Jetzt habe ich das Problem, dass die mikrophone des PC nicht ausreichen. Also muss ein Mikrofon her. Habe mich für ein stand mikro entschieden. Die Fehlerquote lag bei 75 %. Scheinbar war die Qualität miserabel. Dann hab ich es mir einem Headset versucht. Das hatte jedoch viel zu schlechte Rauschunterdrückung und somit konnten keine guten Ergebnisse erzielt werden.
Dann erhielt ich das Angebot statt 179 für 129 Euro das bluetooth Headset von Nuance. Bestellt, bezahlt... Ich warte... Ich warte.... Ich warte... Ich rufe an.... Ich sei falsch müsse unter einer anderen Nummer anrufen. Da sagt man, es ist ja so viel los, alle nutzen das tolle Angebot und ich bekomme Email wenn es Versand wird. Ich warte... Und warte.. Tage später rufe ich bei der eigentlichen Nummer die beim Verkauf angegeben wurde an und Sorry wie können nicht helfen. Danke. Also Widerrufe ich an 4 verschieden Email Adressen. Denn überall steht eine andere Adresse wohin man den Widerruf schicken soll. So sehr gut, ich fand eine irirsche Faxnummer. Das Fax konnte nicht zugestellt werden weil es angeblich diese Nummer nicht gibt. So als ich über das Kontakt Formular den Widerspruch ebenso einreichte und nichts hörte schaltete ich Paypal ein. Antrag auf Kauferschutz. Plötzlich erhalte ich eine Versand Benachrichtigung das Paket wird in Irland abgeschickt.nirgends stand das es in Irland ist. Außerdem ist das echt frech nach dem Widerspruch der bereits mehrere Tage als ist das parket zu versenden. Also und während ich warte es kommt an damit ich es nicht annehmen und zurück geht, erhalte ich von Nuance die Nachricht : sie müssen bei papal den Fall schließen, damit sie das Geld erstattet bekommen. Ein Anruf bei Paypal versichert mir, dass das Unternehmen dafür bekannt ist und es eine Masche. So ich warte also immer noch... Werde ein update verfassen...Ich kaufte mir unterdess ein Diktiermikrofon für knapp 300 Euro. Das funktioniert mit der Software wirklich spitzenmässig...
Do NOT buy Nuance products
Do NOT buy Nuance products their customer service has deteriorated extensively. I have legitimate products from Nuance but I have to repeatedly have to activate the product, after a certain number of activation cycles the product stops working properly. Despite numerous complaints to Nuance they stopped responding to resolve the problems. To avoid suffering the same aggravation I have please consider products from competitors to Nuance.
Can you trust this company?
I 'bought' a digital product from Nuance this morning, payment was taken (I received more or less instant confirmation from PayPal), but no product. I called them to be told that I'd be able to access the product in 24 hours. I asked why (a 24 hour wait for a digital product???) to be told that the payment 'was being verified'. What exactly was being verified when they had already received payment? They were unable to tell me.
I then said that I wanted a refund - this I am told will take 3 to 5 days to process. I asked to speak to a supervisor, which unsurprisingly I was told is not possible. Are they simply scammers? Very concerned that there will be a long wrangle to get the money back.
Appalling. Will remember to check out Trust Pilot first in the future as it appears that a majority of reviewers are less than impressed.

diese Firma betrügt ! Man kauft eine Software, installiert diese aus technischen Gründen mehrfach auf seinem Rechner.
Das kann bei Betriebswechseln usw. der Fall sein. Nuance schreibt aber irgen dwann: Anzahl der zulässigen Installationen überschritten, weil auf verschiedenen Rechnern installiert. Das ist schlichtweg falsch !
Diese Firma möchte nur, daß man ein neues Programm kauft.
Soetwas geht garnicht.

Winscribe / Nuance customer support is none existent. If you are looking ffor dictation software, look elsewhere.
They block your numbers and do not respond to you at any point, they are a terrible company with appalling customer service.
Their engineer Dominic Riddle, logged onto the SQL server, ran some script and broke everything then went dark and is unable to be got hold of to reverse the damage he has caused.

The costumer service is appalling!...The poor English and lack of understanding of the costumer service is beyond believe!...A simple request to check their own services of the Dragon Anywhere software and a compensation to their - paid - service which was not working for over 2 weeks took me several phone calls and emails.
It is very disappointing and sad that one of the most accurate dictation software has such poor service!
Politique de mise à jour incompréhensible et innaceptable !
J'ai acheté la version 13 de Dragon premium le 20/06/2018. J'ai reçu le 2/08/2018 un message disant que la version n'est plus maintenue et qu'il est conseillé d'acquérir Dragon Professional Individual 14 pour 149 €.
Pourquoi ne m'avoir pas dit cela lors de mon achat ? J'ai acheté la version 13 à 108,50 €, alors que, pour 149 €, j'aurai un
produit Nuance avec un suivi. J'ai donc proposé d'ajouter la différence pour acquérir Dragon Professionnal Individual 14 qui, lui, serait maintenu.
Après plusieurs échanges téléphoniques infructueux, j'ai envoyé une lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception le 29/10/2018. Nuance Communication n'était pas là à la présentation de cette lettre recommandée, a été avisé et n'est pas aller retirer la lettre à la poste.
Le 27/12/2018, je finis par obtenir une adresse postale et une adresse mail où envoyer ma réclamation :

I have never been so appalled at shocking customer service in my life! TYhis product is advertised through CALL Scotland as suitable for secondaries but when I sought technical support I was told 'It doesn't work with children'. I advised that the website didn't say that to which the response was 'Well it doesn't say it is suitable for children does it'... needless to say I will never use this company again! Take your money then offer no help/support

Long time customer, first time contacting Nuance customer service.
-They didn't bother to actually read my email to start with. I asked for a reset of serial number after computer failure, and they replied that as I hadn't bought extended download I couldn't download the software again !! (I already have the software! ).
They then didn't even bother to reply when I advised of this.
