We ordered Nova furniture via Chimes. We are pleased with the product and the customer service provided by Chimes was excellent throughout.
They were kind enough to deliver the goods in a timeframe that suited our needs.
Unfortunately, a couple of pieces haven’t performed as they should have (bits of rust have formed). I got in touch with Chimes who resolved the issue directly with the manufacturer. Debbie in customer service regularly updated me and is very polite, professional and efficient.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chimes again and despite the issue we have experienced, I also wouldn’t hesitate to purchase Nova products again.

We ordered a set of garden furniture on line. We had a phone call to discuss suitable date for delivery, the delivery was as per schedule.
The furniture was very well wrapped and boxed, which the guys carried into my garage.
Assembly was easy and we are well pleased with the quality, unfortunately a small coffee table was damaged. Customer Services wasted no time in arranging with the supplier a replacement table, then called to arrange an exchange date. Excellent service, can’t fault them well done.

Really good service in the shop and delivery guys just got on with putting it all together

I bought the nova vogue outdoor sofa and firepit table set and have no problem with that furniture. I also ordered a set of nova covers for this furniture at a cost of £150.
The covers appeared quite cheap and poor quality in comparison to a set I ordered from another supplier for a second sofa set (different brand)
After using the covers for only 6 months (October to end March) I have found the stitching has come apart at the seams, they are prone to tear and have done so around each of the eyelets and I’ve recently found that they no longer repel water and saturate the furniture underneath them. A complete waste of money - the distributors are unable to help as I am just over the warranty period (despite them having been in storage for most of this time) and Nova refuse to believe that they have a poor quality product nor will they even look into it. Complete and utter waste of money. I won’t use this company again

Excellent customer service and friendly delivery guys, The pergolas have made a huge difference to golfers terrace and the dinning sets are very well received from our restaurant guests.

I recently got a nova Xmas tree and felt I had to come on and leave a short review. I looked at so many trees and was unsure which one to choose. I wanted something that would last year after year. I went with the nova tree and I’m so impressed with the quality and it looks incredible! So pleased, will definitely look to purchase more nova products going forward.

Bought some outdoor furniture and when we unwrapped it saw some small parts were broken.

The enclosed instructions had got wet and were unreadable, called Nova and they emailed me a new set and waited on the phone until the email arrived. Brilliant

Tried to contact Nova via their website to complain about the Thalia round table we bought from Duxburys and received no response. The tables are poor quality in so much as the rattan sags in the heat and look awful. We also purchased a customised table cover in the hope that it would help but as soon as it was removed the rattan sagged. Duxburys have excelled and tried to resolve this issue, they have been very responsive, however, we still have an issue despite a replacement. We bought two garden sets both Nova, they look lovely and the corner set with the rectangular table is fine. There is obviously a fault with the rattan tension on the round tables, we are very disappointed and this has put us off buying this brand again. I feel that Nova have shirked their responsibility by providing no solution, leaving the retailers to sort this, very poor!

Great customer service provided by Emily, who helped me picked a great product for my garden. So much to choose from, it can be so overwhelming.

Really nice high end product at a very reasonable price. With a little guidance from Nicol we really managed to pick the perfect item to enhance our garden. Would definately recommend any item from these guys as what we saw all look and feel like top quality products

Speaking from a Returns Representatives point of view our Wholesalers purchase many items from Nova Outdoor, we are always very happy with the high quality of their furniture and find them very accommodating if ever we have any queries with any faults that we may have come across on rare occasions or for our customers, they are always quick to supply replacements/parts when necessary if they are able to. I can therefore only highly recommend them as a go to for any Garden Furniture requirements. And a special heads up to Nicol Burchill who is always very helpful to me.

I have bought from Nova for over a year now and I must say that there is no other garden furniture out there that compares to NOVA. Ian and Martin are a credit to the company. They have always helped with any enquiries and been on hand with any aftercare.

Our Outdoor Rattan Cushion Storage box arrived so quickly! We are so pleased with it - it gives me joy every time I lift the lid! Easy to put together and really substantial. Stores all my cushions for my large dining set plus room to spare for other items. The made to measure weather cover just finishes it off. I couldn't recommend highly enough - thankyou! it makes such a difference to receive items quicker than expected & better quality than expected.

I purchased a TITAN Pergola from NOVA outdoor living and i can not recommend the quality high enough. The product is excellent and just as described. Perfect finish and looks perfect installed.

Nova have been excellent from initial orders right through to delivery. They went above and beyond my expectations in their customer service.
They have been honest in all their time schedules and kept me updated.
In particular a special mention to two staff members who made my purchase much easier Mr Ian Reid and Mr Martin Hughes who went beyond their call of duty to make my experience much more pleasant and are huge assets to this business. I trust they get the recognition they deserve.
