I’m doing a review on life basic natural deodorant . Every time I use the deodorant even though it says it is all natural ingredients no animal testing and vegan friendly I get a really bad rash under my arms. I would not recommend this to anybody who has any skin sensitivities.
Great Shopping Experience
I love all of their products, it's great to be able to shop and know that all the products are healthy and many are packaged sustainably. Purchases always ship quickly.

I like the wide range of natural based products . I love the offers and easy ordering . If I’ve had any ordering issues they’ve been addressed promptly and sorted .

Nourished Life customer service is great
Nourished Life customer service is really careful, polite, and professional. I'm an international customer, have been buying goodies in here for 1 year now, and will continue to buy from Nourished Life for a long time. They have such a diverse range of products and brands. The shipping cost is acceptable. Nearly all the time, their shipping speed is really fast compare to other online shops I have bought from (on average, international customers' packages reach them only 2 weeks & a half after they place the orders). I content with the shopping experience here.

Majority of items out of stock continuously
Like other recent reviews, I have shopped with Nourished Life for many years. For quite a while now, everything I try to buy on their website is constantly out of stock. Ive been logging on regularly for the last 3-4 months to try and buy my usual products and the majority of what Im trying to buy is out of stock and unavailable. Absolutely insane. Not the reliable customer focused business it used to be. Ive complained afew times but they dont care. Theyve pulled a very popular product from their site all together that was highly rated by many customers - their excuse - theyre reformulating it apparantely!!! Dont fix what aint broken I say.

I could not log on as I had changed my email address but they fixed it and put my new email on their system so quick so was able to log in. Their service is great and products too xx

Not what it used to be
I've been a Nourished Life devotee for YEARS! Always fantastic products, fast delivery, great service & zero complaints.. That was until the Company must have changed hands? In the last year + I'm rarely able purchase, due to stock supply issues! Today was the third time in the last month I've tried to order, but literally EVERY product is "out of stock". I've ended up having to make individual orders directly from the suppliers themselves, as they have the products. It's just NL that doesn't.
I don't know what's going on there, but it's not good for business when customers find it easier to buy things elsewhere.

I have read some of the other reviews and I didn't realise just how bad things had got with NL and that they have been taken over by another company, so the NL I used to order from is NOT the NL I am ordering from today. I used to purchase from them regularly for about 4 years and I was very happy until the May 2022 order came literally covered in shower gel which happened in transit and meant that the bulk of the order required me to throw soap boxes out and also boxes which contained products that I was planning to give away as gifts but were no longer in a fit condition to be given. I lost count of the number of ignored emails I sent with Nelly not responding at all and I just didn't understand how dodgy this once very highly rated recommended company had become. I decided to order a couple of months later which was fine and I have ordered again today. I am writing this as I spent almost 2 hours on an online chat with Jake as I couldn't get my code accepted. By the time he had fixed me up with a code that worked and organised for the sheets which were a 1 day promotion to be delivered to me separately, I was exhausted. I truly hope to recieve everything I have ordered today but I'm going to admit that the promotions which used to happen regularly, including a weekly competition for members, don't happen anymore and the amount of stock available is far less than it used to be. First I thought it must be due to shipping delays and the inability to get certain products delivered but now I'm not too sure! I'm not sure what to advise but if this order doesn't come within a reasonable time frame then it might be time to shop elsewhere.
Do NOT buy from this company
After 2 months, I still haven't received what I ordered. The product cost was no less than 100$. I have tried getting in contact with them to help me clarify the problem but no one has answered me. After trying several times, I've assumed that I've lost that money.. it's a scam.
Company changed ownership: illegal business activity
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a $650 Excalibur dehydrator on the 16th May and nothing was sent. I requested a refund due to the lack of communication and no one has responded to my emails. The contact numbers I found after searching for ABN and ACN numbers lead me to voicemail where no one contacted me back. After researching about the company structure I have discovered that this company changed ownership and is now run by some very dodgy people. I trusted this company as I have purchased from them in the past. I feel physically sick and have had sleepless nights that there are companies like this STEALING our money. I urge all consumers affected to report to the ACCC the business name BWX Digital Pty Ltd. I have lodged a dispute with my bank.
Great customer service
Nourished Life kept in communication with me & were incredible with their customer service when my order was damaged in the delivery process. I've been ordering from them for a couple of years now & they will continue to be my 'go to' website for healthy personal care & cleaning products.
As a US buyer
As a US buyer, I am weary of the experience I had on the NL website..I can only hope that I actually receive the products I ordered. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin and I was at a loss when searching for appropriate products here in the United States. So needless to say, I was very over the moon when I came across NL. Placing my order was a strange process but I chalked it up to having never ordering items from outside of America and just being new to all of the ‘extra’ steps that are necessary. With that being said, I saw that NL processed my payment through pay pal using my credit card. This already seemed like a red flag to me but I still proceeded with caution. My card immediately declined because of suspicious activity but I verified the purchase and now it’s pending. I never received an email aside from a PayPal receipt…I just sincerely hope I get a tracking number soon. The reviews I have read have me very, very concerned. Fortunately if I have issues with customer service I can easily dispute the charge on my end. Please don’t let me down NL I already have other items in my cart I’m very much looking forward to being a long time customer. I don’t want to get played 💀

This has been a very bad experience . I was not able to connect to anyone in regards to my missing order and didi not get any reply back . My order number is #5606988 if they ever could get back .
Worst online shopping experience
Placed my order(on 5th May) while their warehouse was moving. Regarding this matter, before ordering I checked the delivery delays stated as « we will ship normally from 6th may ». On 9th May I got an email notification that my order will he shipped FROM 16th May!!!! Then I again checked their website: now their delays changed to « Please note: We're currently transitioning into a new warehouse so there will be a delay in dispatching orders placed between Thursday 28th April and Wednesday 11th May. You should expect to receive your tracking details from Wednesday 11th May onwards »
I wrote them back to ask why the delivery delay changed 3 times!! 4(!!)days later they replied without any concrete answer or an apology.
They never replied on my multiple ongoing inquiries by email or via website contact form. Of course my order wasn’t shipped on 16th!! Just received a quick notification on 19th May that they «CREATED A SHIPPING LABEL»!!! Meanwhile, no reply or physical shipping are made. Today is 20th May.
Complete disrespect to the client!! Dishonest, irresponsible and not cooperative and ignorant customer service. Worst experience I ever had!
2 weeks+ of shipping delay!!!! Hope it will be shipped one day. Please state it. Be honest! Extremely bad customer support.

Update. Previously received an e-mail that shipping is expected from the 26th of May
However, I got a notification about "shipping" from the 19th of May at 6:51am. Since that shipping is in "processing" status as the AusPost didn't physically receive the package.
But guess what? Nourished Life opened an inquiry(AusPost) on my behalf to investigate this issue(why they didn't dare to dispatch the order). A JOKE.
In ONE week I've never not been contacted for any update. Soon I'm going to "celebrate" 1 month of waiting.
They might be thinking to rename the company to "POURISHED LIFE".

No news.. no money, no contact, no products.
“Silent treatment”. I even discovered that my order is not even shown in the “order history”. But I have received an email confirmation and the PayPal invoice.

Dishonest and Untrustworthy
My order arrived on time with 3 items missing. In their place were 3 cards noting this. That was 3 weeks ago. There was no automatic refund nor was there any response to the 3 or 4 emails I sent enquiring about my refund.
This is dishonest. This is thievery. All good with this company until they cannot supply some items; then they seem to assume your money is theirs. All the while flooding my inbox with spam but incapable of a response.
