There had been some accessories fitted…
There had been some accessories fitted to the bike at the dealership which left some dirty hand prints on the white paint work. It’s not a major issue but a final check over before handover should have picked this up. Overall very happy with the service l received and from the member of the sales team l dealt with specifically.

Very unhappy.
We were not happy at all with the Service we received. We ended up being at Honda Letchworth for nearly 2 hours when we went to pick our new car up. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Probably last time we will buy a Honda car.

Best car dealership in the whole of Hertfordshire
We had the best experience we have ever had with a car dealership, from the moment we walked in to have a look. Stewart was excellent very helpful, polite and was happy to go through everything.
He kept us updated once the car was ordered.
When collecting the car Stewart again was amazing with showing us everything and the courtesy call a few days after collecting was also something we found really good.
We was made to feel very welcomed and valued as a customer.

Great conversation plus he calmed my nerves as it is my first bike (Honda CBF125) and first time riding post CBT and to top it all off, I got a call not too long after I got home to make sure I got back safely and that I was happy with the ride.

No reply after you paid
I paid £643 for my last service on 8 August 2025 and also raised a warranty claim for my infotainment screen delamination. I am still covered by the Mazda used car warranty. Norton Way Mazda submitted my request — but then nothing.
After more than a month of silence, I called the Mazda warranty hotline directly. They confirmed they had already replied to Norton Way Mazda on 14 August 2025. Yet Norton Way Mazda never contacted me and my case has completely disappeared into a black hole.
Even when I phoned the service department myself, a service advisor named Josh promised to call me back. That call never came either.
I deeply regret trusting them with my car. They were quick to take £643 in service fees, but have failed to deliver even the most basic communication or customer care regarding my warranty claim.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Norton Way Mazda to anyone.

David was very helpful through the…
David was very helpful through the whole process of ordering and getting us into our brand new Peugeot 5008.
He kept us informed all the way through and was quick to answer any questions we had. He also did us a walk round video showing us our new car when it arrived at the dealership.
He was kind enough to let us choose a time and day for the pick up the car that worked for us. When we arrived we were offered a drink and promptly did all our paperwork.
He was able to give us a quick talk through getting us started in our new car and has also been helpful with some aftercare.

Massive consumer rights violations etc
Was told the bike would have an MOT, when i went to pick it up 20 days later, it didnt have a new MOT, the rear brake was non-functional so had to adjust and tighten the brake myself, and the rear brake light was faulty making it ILLEGAL to ride which makes it unfit for purpose and a massive consumer rights violation…
leading to me having to take my bike to get fixed asap after purchase, which then i havent had any word back almost 2 and a half weeks later, all this inconvenience and hassle for a 50% off of a extended warranty package, which wouldnt even cover the waste of insurance for this month or the other costs ill have to put in to fix it, thankfully it is being partially repaired over warranty in a different honda garage, but frankly, the blatant disregard for consumer rights and rider safety to sell the bike was disgusting…

Fantastic Service - Dawn you are a star
I cannot praise the service we received from the moment we browsed through the cars to the day we collected our car and this was all down to Dawn, she is incredible. I felt so comfortable with her honesty and non pushy style that we just had to purchase a car through her, she made the whole experience fun and her knowledge is second to none, she took us through the whole car, set up many things for me and nothing was rushed. 5* Service all round - Thanks Dawn

The challenges of buying online and unseen
The process of buying a car online and unseen was challenging for an elderly 'first timer'. Generally all was as stated on the Kia Website and the dealer and helped by the video walk around in the showroom.
Two issues were only identified at the point of sale and after delivery:
The Kia website stated the Niro 4 PHEV carried a vehicle tax of £195. I should have challenged this ealier in the process. However the special levy applied and the tax was in fact £620.
Secondly the two nearside wheel hubs were scuffed - a fact not noted in the walk round video or on delivery. I have had the hubs refurbished.
All part of the learning experience of a newcomer to online purchase.
However I shall not buy another car unseen and online again.

Bad experience with Kia sportage from this garage…
I bought a Kia sportage last October and almost immediately had many problems with it. The sales people were very nice and helpful when I bought the car, but as soon as things started to go wrong with the car it was a different matter. I have now sold it back to Kia Brentford who gave me £5000 less than I paid for it, despite only having done 5000 miles and having it for just 11 months. It is now advertised back on their website with an inaccurate amount of previous owners listed for the car. The car was unreliable, the staff at Kia Brentford were unhelpful and untruthful in much of their dealings and I would not recommend anyone buying from this garage.

Amelia was extremely helpful and very good at her job. I left having paid more than I intended for a bigger car than I had wanted with extras I wouldn't have dreamt of buying and I am delighted with the car. Woman is an asset to any business. The car is a joy to drive and I doubt I will ever buy anything other than Mazda in future.
