The whole experience was great.
I spotted a car whilst looking online.
I emailed to show my interest.
Kane from Honda quickly replied to my email.
We arranged a visit to look at the car and take it out for a test drive.
On arrival, Kane introduced himself, then showed us to the car. He left us to look around it. We then took the car for a test drive after filling out the appropriate forms. Kane have us a choice as to whether he should accompany us .
We returned after the test drive and pointed out some imperfections with some of the paint on the bonnet. Kane spoke to his manager and it was arranged that if I wanted to buy the car the bonnet would be resprayed

All in all, it was a totally non pressured car buying experience.
Kane was brilliant and the team at Norton Way Honda are all stars

The salesman who dealt with me, Mr Michael George was helpful and quite responsive to my demands in buying my state of the art Honda CRV. The other members of staff in the showroom were also helpful in his absence. In summary, I'd say fantastic and efficient service by the company.

We just bought a 2022 VW T-Roc from Norton Way, we dealt with Katie, she's been absolutely fantastic, professional and efficient on every occasion. The rear shelf was missing, she actually pointed that out, and has ordered a new one which will get posted directly to us. Thank you Katie.

A decent sales person . We got a fair price for our trade in . It would of been helpful to have had a report on the body condition of the car . After a few days we saw a dent and a scratch we didn’t see when we viewed the car.

Have sent in a review before, but repeat that Mark was great and would highly recommend him.

The staff we met were all pleasant and polite. There was no pressure to make a purchase and I was offered refreshments on each occasion.

I bought a honda hrv 2019 from norton way honda , they informed me it has full service record, sold by them, reselling due to owner upgrading to new model. I haven't seen the car before trust the dealership quality. They give me appointment on Saturday end of closing time . Really didn't get much time to check . After the sale I noticed service book haven't stamped few years 2024, 2023 some other , I went to sale person asked and his response was we don't know were it serviced before . He agreed to stamp the book for Jan 2025 ; I don't know they really did or not . Mot passed without any recommendation, the moment I hit the road I noticed frond screen wiper have noticeable smearing in driver side blocking the clear vision. Second day I noticed clicking sound from driver side suspension when driving in uneven road . I hope honda used guarantee will sort that . All in all I had not pleasant experience. I expect better service from a honda dealer .

Krish was excellent...listened to me as a customer, what I wanted and didn't want, sorted everything out promptly and professionally.

I’m sorry but my experience wasn’t very good at all.The car had 2 scratches on it,and the £400 Auto Gleam hadn’t been done,which meant I spent 6 hours in the garage the following day .
