The service I received here at Norton Way Honda was exceptional, which really made the sale more appealing.
The customer service I recieved from both Roger and Mark was brilliant and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a motorbike.

The sales manager Roger was brilliant
The sales manager Roger was brilliant, what takes away one Star is the time I have to wait for my first service on my motorcycle which is six weeks I can only do 600 miles meaning I won't be able to use it for a while very disappointed.pleased I did not get a service plan.

A positive experience with a needless panic
A test ride bike was not available at this location so they arranged for one to be brought in. I chose a new bike and this was delivered, prepped with the extras all to schedule.
Only issue was the day before collection I was asked by the dealer to provide a voucher from the training school which resulted in some panicky ringing around! However this was something I could have obtained on line, with directions to the correct website.

i was in the market for a new bike and it was very easy and helpful from beginning to end
Mark in Letchworth replied very quickly and always had the answers to my questions.
when i picked up the bike, he was great and easy to deal with.
every bike i have brought from here has been brilliant and the service has been great.
i would happily deal with Norton Way Bikes in the future

Catalogue of errors from start to finish
Original order incorrect, was charged for a free screen.
Had to be amended.
Absolutely no communication from sales, I had to chase each time.
Motorcycle registered firstly with a 2022 rather than 2023 plate, had to be amended.
Motorcycle not available on agreed date, 1st March, supplied a day late.
Had to chase the day before for the invoice to be sent so that I could pay.
Waited almost an hour to take delivery at the dealership on the day of collection for a member of the sales team to be free to handle the handover.

Communication is good only until they’ll sell the bike .
I bought a new Honda Fortza I asked for a alarm to be fitted they fitted Datatool EVO Plus £150 and I’ve been charged £400 I tried to get to know what alarm they fitted never got any answer the bike has been delivered with a scratch on the top box,when I mentioned it to the staff member at the first service he said aaaa….. it’s ok…. Not a big dill like
