Fantastic service
What wonderful service from Hugo and the team at Chiswick MG. My new car was delivered last week and I am delighted. I bought the car from online and didnt even have to visit the dealership.Hugo delt with the sale and organisation of it all very efficiently. We would definately use again.

Purchase of new MG5
I arranged a meeting at Chiswick MG and saw a very helpful sales assistant Tharu who explained all the options; organised a test drive on the spot; and gave me a very good deal. Vehicle delivered to my home on time and he then spent some time explaining the features to get me started before taking away my old vehicle which saved me a lot of potential hassle.

It is not often i take the time to write a review but i am so impressed with the service at Honda Chiswick - i thought I would. From their call handling (and call back) to the helpful service team and all behind the scenes the service has been excellant. I have had BMW's, Audi's etc in the past and no way can they match the service that Chiswick Honda provide. I would totally recommend them.

Please note this is a Honda garage- although they claim to be an MG specialist - this is clearly not true. They had my MG EV for 7 weeks with a software issue . They never answer the phone- customer service is disorganised and return your one call daily- no communication with service teams. They are always busy. Happy to claim money from MG warranty for courtesy car. Avoid..!!

Honda chiswick service is exceptional
