They were friendly, efficient and really kind and helpful!
The salesman showed us the efficiency of the vehicle while driving it, told us the details of running the electric car by demonstrating the cables and battery and answered our questions well!

I have to say that I have purchased many cars in my life time but I found this one to be the most pleasant. I spoke to Alex on the phone she straight away sent me a video of the car that I was interested in. Later that day I went to MG Chiswick and met Alex who showed me car and after a drive round she gave all the information that I need. So I purchased the car. Its a few weeks later now and I am so pleased with the car. So thank you Alex for sorting every thing out which including the paperwork you are a star. Tony

The entire process was stress free unlike previous years of being asked lots of questions. Also the salesmanship was excellent and knowledgeable most likely this made easier to complete the process much quicker.

The way the staff was in the showroom MG in Chiswick Kas especially very professional kept in touch with us couldn’t do enough to help us. The staff were amazing five star all the way.

Received new car delivery within 3 weeks of ordering new MG HS. Though had to wait for few weeks more for some accessories after the purchase of vehicle.

Everything started well. car on order pick up arranged for 25th may .i was told I would be given a choice of number plate ,that did not happen I was given a number.on day of pick up it felt a bit rushed, done the paper work given the keys .and good bye.i was suppose to get some car mats but they were forgotten,on the day .i asked can they be posted .was told parts don’t post them out .so got a set on line.car is great I do like mg the make.my log book arrived but was not in my name,so had to send that off to DVLA to get it changed .then my financial agreement arrived.and the direct debit was not in my name so had to spend a lot of time getting this changed. I am still waiting on my deposit return from the 25th of may it was a bank holiday so might be delayed,but today is the 10th june and still waiting.shame started so well. I will buy mg again ,but may be not from the same dealership.as it was not the experience I was expecting form buying a new car.

Just bought a new MG4 EV Long Range - the process was simple and easy and the whole experience was very positive. Well done to the team there in Chiswick.

Sales experience is great but after sales is terrible. No response after 3 emails and 1 phone call to report radio not working, unresponsive screen and over sensitive lane assist which twice performed emergency braking in a normal bend in the road. It took 3 months to get a software upgrade but lane assist is still far too sensitive. Bought the car for £33k in July 23 but had to sell in Apr 24 for £20k. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased MG EV from Norton Way. Completely satisfied and 5 stars for the test drive, pre-purchase communication about car its history and price, products offers etc. The sales person extended working time by almost 30 mins on Sunday evening which was great. Thanks
