I am really impressed by the service I received from this company, they are very helpful and prompt with delivery to me in France, I thought I would never obtain a new lance for my pressure washer, but this company sent a new unit to me within a week! Very impressed and will use them again.

These guys are brilliant! Trouble with a Nilfisk 130.3, Nilfisk no help at all, local people just want to sell us a new machine. Steve and Chris identify the right part(s), offer advice on the phone, reply to voicemail if they haven't answered the call, and same with emails. Held my hand all the way through, and I'm now working again.
Can't recommend highly enough. If I lived closer I would have taken the machine to them and saved myself a lot of time and puzzlement.

I knew this company from buying spares for a 15-year old machine, so went to them when it finally packed-up. Not the most impressive retail site, in an old farm, but they really understand the products - and their prices are competitive. Eventually, I bought a Nilfisk E 160.1 and have been very pleased with it.

Contacted company for advice on fixing an oil leak on a Nilfisk C120.6. Chris was super helpful with his replies and even sent instructions on servicing the unit BEFORE I had ordered parts from him. Order arrived really quickly and well packaged. Jet wash is now fixed and working better than ever ! Would highly recommend North West Power Washers.

Gave up trying to get a replacement wheel for my Nilfisk 140 core ,impossible to contact Nilfisk. Found North West ltd,spoke to the ladies on switchboard who found me the part number,and put one in the post. Five Star Company. Many Thanks Derek Mitchell.

Chris was very helpful informing me of the correct part I needed for my power washer, no matter how many emails I sent nothing was too much trouble in giving me a quick response and for the over 65s who arnt very technical this was a great help.
