This company is super helpful. Highly recommended, they can't do enough to help. Why aren't all companies this good??

Really quick delivery. Only ordered a pressure washer adapter, but it had an issue with it. They agreed to send a new one with no problem. Will be using again.

I bought a pressure washer gun in May 2024, it became faulty end of July, I could not find the receipt so I could not return it. However I have just found the receipt and although the gun only has a warranty for 6 months Northwest Pressure washers have agreed to replace it. When I purchased parts for my pressure washer back in May the service was prompt and efficient. Great company I would recommend.

The lady I dealt with was fantastic after emailing various questions re my “Old “ Nilfisk pressure washer she was able to advise what part to get for my trusty friend who suddenly stated leaking …

Over and above service and assistance to resucitate a 40 year old machine that everybody else said was scrap.
Shouldn't really get sentimental over a pressure washer but it had served me well, so sending it to landfill felt like taking your dog to get put down.
Steve somehow got it barking again.

I have just purchased a Nilfisk SC100 E UK,
When it arrived there was a slight manufacturing fault, I contacted north west power washers to ask what I should do & was informed that they would contact the company & assured that it would be replaced straight away, they were true to their word & I received replacement within a couple of days, my purchase was made on other customer reviews & agree that the high level of customer service & any questions or issues that you may have or require help with, are dealt with & resolved straight away,

Initially contacted them over making up a new lance for an obscure washer. This Chris gladly made up for me. I then contacted them regarding a new machine that Steve pointed out the advantages and warranty. I went ahead and purchased this machine with some accessories. Good to deal with and Steve has been dealing and repairing washers many years. A good family business

Good, clear website giving sufficient information to ensure you have the correct part for your pressure washer.Order placed after hours Wednesday, received Friday, what more could you ask! If only more companies were this efficient.

Great service from Chris at North West Power Washers - rang with not exactly a clear idea of exactly what parts I needed (specific O rings, and a locking clip) and was sorted out very efficiently - was sent over a pdf parts diagram as we chatted on the phone to check we were talking about the same bits, and then they added what I needed to their website when it turned out that it wasn't available through it yet.

Would definitely use again, in the unlikely event that I need to!

Really helpful and detailed support, this made my decission so much easier.

Ordered a part which I fitted no problem.
But I had another issue I emailed on weekend and got a reply first thing Monday morning.
I was told what I can do to have it fixed which may work or a link to order a new part. I first tried what I could try and it so far has worked. But if it repeats again I know who to order from. My nilfisk is good for another few years

Probably the most efficient company I have ever dealt with. From start to finish, emails were answered swiftly and the replacement part I needed for my 20 year old power washer, was identified and sent to me immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.
