Helpful, friendly staff who remember who you are, & do their best to ensure that the customer gets the service he needs. They may not be the cheapest but I have confidence that my vehicle is being looked after by people who know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience with Northside…
Fantastic experience with Northside Leeds. The service was super quick, and they were always easy to get hold of – really prompt and happy to chat whenever I needed. The whole process felt smooth and hassle-free, which made everything so much easier. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Poor communication
Was told I would be advised that my vehicle was in the workshop, ( wasn’t) I had to chase first night and 3 hours next day for quote.
Work was done ( although removed parts not left in van) bill included winter check! Battery died next day, still unsure why, as far as I can see also final recall not sorted?
For price paid would expect constant calls from you, not me chasing.
Not a very happy person, vans off the road I’m not earning. Theses are business vehicles and should be treated and respected that way

I had an issue with an electric vito
I had an issue with an electric vito. Went to one particular Mercedes dealership and my experience was not the best to be fair. I ended up bringing to Northside, and found Serena and Jon extremely helpful. They listened to my perspective and between us came to a reasonable outcome. They were friendly and approachable. Great service
Quick turnaround on a repair which couldn't be rectified by another Mercedes dealer and kept up to date with the process. I always use Northside when feasible.
