We first met Simon Lonsdale back in 2011 when we bought our first Mercedes Benz Vito van from him. I was delighted when 15 years later we returned to Attercliffe branch to 'update' our van and he was the person we first saw. His customer service was excellent ~ he talked us through everything as things are a lot more advanced now and found us the perfect van. He totally understood my needs regarding caging out the van for my dogs and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always on the other end of the phone when I needed to ask anything ~ and kept me fully updated at all times. I absolutely love my new van and would like to personally thank Simon for all his expert help in finding this vehicle for me and being there to answer my many questions!!

What a Team
Over the last few months, Northside Truck & Van's Mobile Technicians, Joshua and Adam (A Team), have been working alongside our fleet garage, assisting with repairs on our critical frontline vehicles.
They are an outstanding pair of technicians. There seems to be no repair they cannot tackle, and their technical knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism are second to none. hi mjb excavations the service we get is verry poor\when we ring nobody answers phone\when you take somthing in for a problem rectifying it usualy has to be returned 2\3\4\ ties beffor it is sorted comunication is attrshous but the truck is generaly good its just the service

Labour is charged at £165 per hour + VAT
Travelled 1.5 hours for service appointment to find out that it had not been booked so had to return the following week - asked if a sticking handbrake could be looked at at the same time. When I returned I was told that van needed a new compensator (relatively cheap mechanical part that with proper maintenance should not sieze) - no work was done but I was charged £190 for inspection (on top of service) van was only with them for 2 hours total- I was then sent a quotation for various items totalling just under £1800 - including 2 new tyre that have 4mm tread which have maybe another 15000 miles left on them - not happy at all talk about upsell - Got new Vito on order from Listers at Lincoln happy to travel to get good service.
