A very helpful way of communicating with frail or disabled people. They can be completely passive yet friends and relatives can make a video call from their own smartphone, upload family photos or send visual messages. My family found it very useful to keep in regular contact with my 101yr old mother even though they were in different parts of the country.

This has been wonderful for my 93 year old Mother and her family. It’s kept her in touch with all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She’s loved the photos and messages and video chats. It’s also kept all of us in touch far more as we see all the photos too. Such a wonderful creation. Sadly mum passed away just before Christmas so it is with real sadness that we say goodbye to her Komp connection too.

KOMP er simpelthen en fantastisk opfindelse.
Da det blev svært for vores 94-årige mor at styre sms, Facetime og smartphone, gav vi hende en KOMP. Det var hendes største glæde at følge med i 4 generationers daglige liv via billederne, og en stor lettelse for hende, at "Facetime" åbnede automatisk, uden at hun skulle kæmpe med knapperne på mobilen.
Al teknik har fungeret smooth - også da vi flyttede skærmen til plejehjem og retur. Det er superlet at sende billeder til skærmen og at livestreame eller videosamtale via den.
I sine sidste dage lå hun stille, kiggede på de billeder fra hendes liv vi sendte til skærmen - og smilede. Min bror som var forhindret i at nå frem, åbnede en linie til hende, og kunne på den måde sige et sidste farvel. Ved mindehøjtideligheden kørte skærmen en serie af alle brugeres bedste billeder og minder med vores mor.
Servicen har været perfekt. Vi har fået svar lynhurtigt, når vi har kontaktet firmaet. Hvis man vil forbedre livskvaliteten for sine kære, er dette et af de fineste bud, jeg har set. Vores families varmeste anbefaling.

Komp is an amazing tool. I used it with my mother in a nursing home. Her physical disabilities meant that she couldn’t turn pages in magazine or newspapers, or reach for a diary, so I would send her daily messages of what activities were scheduled or what was on the TV. It was even better when they introduced the scheduling function so I could put a week of information in at a time. The next best thing they could offer is the ability to edit the text in a message once you’ve scheduled it as currently if you need to update the information you need to delete it and write a new message instead of just editing it.

Komp er en flott oppfinnelse, og en veldig bra måte å holde kontakt med noen som du ikke kan være tilstede hos. Mistet kontakten med maskinen og kontaktet hjelp på internett. Der løste vi problemet med en gang, så nå er jeg gang igjen. Bra skin og bra service.

Min mormor fikk komp i gave, for å ha på sykehjemmet. Den er nesten aldri tilkoblet nett, selv om det er god dekning på mobilen (samme nett). Skikkelig dyrt bomkjøp!

If I could give more stars I would. The Komp system was exactly what we needed to keep in touch with my mum and keep her in touch with us using video calls, messages, reminders and pictures of everyday happenings, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We even "Komp'd" mum whilst on holiday in the sun. I cannot thank the Komp team enough for the support they give and for developing this technology. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. I would (and have) highly recommend Komp to anyone who wants to easily, with no fuss, keep in touch with those who struggle with conventional tech - plug it in, leave it and use it ... BRILLIANT

Den beste gave vi har gitt mine foreldre. Kjøpte den rett før pandemien. Plutselig fikk de ta del i alle dager, feiringer og hverdager selv om fam bor spredt.
Nå er min mor blitt alene og mange ganger om dagen kikker hun på bildene og gjennom KOMP fikk hun se sine nyfødte tvillingoldebarn in real😍Med KOMP har hun hele familien rett inn i stua🙏🏻❤️

Great piece of equipment for anybody that is isolated from family and friends. My Mother had this for 4 years before she passed away. It kept her close to all of her children, Grandchildren and even great grandchildren. She was able to see photos of them as well as have live calls with them. Even her friends in Holland were able to video call her. During Covid pandemic it came into its own as nobody could visit except her care team. With the Komp we could still virtual visit as often as we wanted to. We have recommended this to lots of other families and wouldn’t hesitate to continue to do so.

I can highly, very highly recommend this Komp facility to any person, young or old or in-between. Not only does it keep you in touch with family and friends, but it's a real experience of feeling close and involved with whoever you choose to be a participant on this KOMP.
not feeling isolated has such a positive effect on your mood, physical and mental well-being.
It's so simple to use. No IT skills needed. My aged father has never regretted purchasing this 'One-button computer'
He takes it to the care home when in respite care, so always is connected with his family.
I would say...stay in-the-loop and be happy!!

A lifeline for our disabled relative. It's part of our daily lives and we couldn't be without it. The whole family can use it. The app is easy to use and we send pictures and messages all the time.

Komp er et fantastisk hjelpemiddel. Skulle ønske at det hadde vært mulig å legge ut filmsnutter også.

The Komp that this company make is a great help to the elderly and those suffering with dementia. It requires no physical effort as it counts down(10secs) then answers automatically.
The customer service is outstanding (yes I've had a couple of problems but got them sorted) and they certainly know what a huge difference it makes to families living away from their loved one(s) who are maybe not too with it or technically minded etc.

Veldig kjekt å kunne dele bilder med mormor og kunne se bilda som andre i familien legger ut inne på appen. Mormor har ingen smart telefon, men med kompen kan ho alikevel få innblikk i kva familien hennes holder på med. Vi sender hilsener, og for dei som bor langt borte er det også kjekt å kunne ringe og sjå kvarandre igjennom kompen. Anbefales👌 Einaste eg savner er å kunne sende videoer og ha litt meir funksjoner på bilda og teksten vi sender( mulig litt av dette kjem med premium utgava)..
