I've dealt with Nock Deighton for the last 8 years and they have always been very helpful and quick to deal with any faults. Viv Jones the lady who does the property inspections is the happy face of the staff I deal with gets work dealt with quickly and without fuss. She's very knowledgeable as are all the staff on the background and always great to deal with. Happy staff happy tennants

I recently reported a problem in my flat. This was sorted out quickly and I was kept informed through out by Lianne. I was very satisfied.

As a novice landlord I have appreciated the support and efficiency of Nock Deighton during the time that I rented my property through them.
Calls were generally answered quickly and any queries sorted. Lianne in particular was very supportive.

Tracey Jones who delt with our tenancy was brilliant. if we ever had any concerns or questions we could always email her and she always got back to us quickly and any problems we had she dealt with them straight away. Such a lovely lady wo always made time for the tenants in the property's she looks after.

Our property manager, Lianne, is an enormous help with all aspects of looking after our rental property.

She is efficient, engaging and quick to respond to both the tenants and any concerns raised by us.

This relationship with a particular member of staff is most helpful in making our experience with Nock Deighton successful.

I had great service and very helpful advice throughout selling and buying, I highly recommend using the staff at the Bridgnorth branch.

Tracey Jones delt with an issue I had with some raised slabs in our back garden. The raised slabs had resulted in my youngest son tripping and breaking 2 of his fingers.

Tracey responded quickly and had someone out within 24 hours of the initial report. Whilst the work man was here we realised that relaying the slabs on one side wasn't going to be possible. He explained my options and I said I'd be happy for him to contact Tracey and do whatever they thought would be best.
They both made they choice between them and I'm happy with the results.

I'd also like to leave a good review for the tradesman that came today. This is the 2nd time he's been at the property completing work. He's exreamly reliable, arrives within the time frame he offers and he completes his work to a high standard, leaving no mess or rubbish behind and always checks I'm 100% happy before he leaves.

I'll be happy to work with Tracey and this particular tradesman anytime in the future

Hannah Tolley was my estate agent for my purchase of my new (and first) property.
