Commenting as a Tennant, staff we have dealt with have been polite and helpful, any issues are reported to our landlord very quickly and sorted. Thank you to the team.

The process of selling our late parent's property was lengthy, and there were some legal complications, but Terri was always calm, steady and positive. It was reassuring to know she was available at the end of the phone, always cheerful, and managing to liaise throughout with all the various parties involved. We got there in the end! Thank you to Terri and all at the Kidderminster office.

I found Nick to be knowledgeable, professional and refreshingly honest. Many thanks for your prompt attention

I have been very satisfied with how our property has been managed. Phipps & Pritchard have looked after the letting side of things very well.

We viewed a property through them and had an agreement in principle accepted, which they confirmed in an email while we awaited the sale of our own property. We understand that this was an agreement in principle, and if another offer came in that could proceed, the property could be sold.

We forwarded the email to our estate agent so they could inform potential buyers that we had this agreement.

Then one morning, while checking the property market, we noticed that this property had been sold subject to contract. We were disappointed that they hadn’t informed us of this, and we found out this way. We contacted the office, and they said someone would get back to us, but no one did. There seems to be a pattern there. They appear very friendly, but as soon as you’re not of used to them, their tone changes.
In reply to your reply, please see below. We have copies of the email that you sent confirming the offer would be acceptable provisionally. I have also contacted your office and can supply copies of the email although you should have them.
I have had another request to supply more information. I have as stated contacted your office and I will email you personally a copy of what you sent me. It appears that you are trying to just keep on asking for information to try and get this honest and genuine review removed.

Ah, what an experience! From the get go everything has been spot on! Cam is an absolute pleasure to speak to and nothing ever seems too much. The communication is clear, the responses come fast, and I’ve been kept in the loop the entire process. And nothing beats speaking to someone that you know will always meet you with a smile and talk to you like the human you are, no ‘robotic’ responses from anyone we’ve had to speak to, everyone has just been so warm and welcoming!
