NMC Estate Agents Ltd Recensioni

Rented a flat through NMC for 18 months and it was a really positive experience. Nairn and Kerrin's communication is great, they resolve issues in a timely fashion and as tenants we felt we were treated fairly and with respect. We have both rented for years and this is by far the best renting experience we have ever had.

This letting agents (Kerrin and Nairn) proved to be very competent, fast in responding, while very helpful and nice at the same time. They helped us with all the inconvenients we had.

My partner and I experienced the best service from this agency. No pressure while looking around the property, no typical agency lies and nonsense. Great communication and super efficient at replying via email and picking up the phone.

NMC Estate Agents
Great estate agent whom we rented through going on 8 years. Received great service and updates during our tenancy. Always responsive to emails and resolving issues.
Highly Recommended

Extremely efficient and quick to respond to emails or any other queries especially when repairs or assistance at the property is required, as well as keeping tenants updated on legislation or anything else that is relevant.

Highly recommend the friendly team at NMC Estate Agents that went out of their way to assist me especially during COVID-19 when I was faced with very challenging circumstances. KUDOS to this company and thank you so much for everything!

Dealing with NMC was a great experience. Very clear and straightforward process and constant help from both Kerrin and Nairn who manage this family run agency. We came from Norway and had been warned against bad house agents in London, but NMC made this part of our two years stay very satisfactory. We highly recommend NMC to anyone!

We would highly recommend NMC Estate Agents Ltd. They are very professional and prompt to handle any requests. They respond to emails very frequently and are always ready to help. Moving into and vacating our flat was made easier by their continuous courtesy to us.

You hear of a lot of bad stories about dealing with agents, so when I started dealing with agents for my first rental experience, I was quite worried. However dealing with NMC was a great experience. Very clear and straightforward process and constant help from both Kerrin and Nairn who manage the agency. They have a great system for reporting problems on the property which allows them to be on the case straight away, and can't do enough to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Highly recommend NMC!

NMC made the whole process very easy with their friendly approach and clear communication. Throughout our time renting through NMC, any issues were resolved quickly and at a convenient time for us.
I would highly recommend others to use NMC in the future.

A lovely family-run company that truly buck the trend of the usual estate agent 'experience'. We rented through NMC for two years and can honestly say they are by far the best agents we've dealt with - after several poor (usual?) experiences with other agents, we were quite surprised by their timely responses, willingness to help and general all-round friendliness - all of which continued throughout our tenancy. I would highly recommend this company to any prospective tenant am gutted to no longer be renting through them.

Open, honest, highly responsive and very helpful as estate agents.

Thank you for the great service over the last 4 years. All maintenance issues have always been dealt with efficiently and the end of tenancy was a truly smooth process. It’s been wonderful dealing with you (Kerrin) and Nairn.

Wish you guys all the best!

NMC Estate agents were a great team, who managed our rented property for the landlord, for the passed 4 years. They dealt with any problems or issues in a friendly, quick and timely manor. Like a breath of fresh air for estate agencies and landlords. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Nairn and Kerrin!!!

I have only lived in the property for a month, but have been incredibly impressed with NMC Estate Agents Ltd. Any problems we have encountered at our property have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the company, and they are always friendly, empathetic and understanding in their services and correspondence. I would recommend their services to others.

I strongly recommend NMC Property Management, who now manage 4 properties for us. They have a very “can do” attitude and happily deal with tenants’ niggles and problems that arise with cheerfulness and efficiency. They are excellent at finding tenants and achieving good rents. They also have access a good selection of reasonably-priced tradesmen, who deal with repairs quickly and effectively. I shall continue to use and recommend them.

Having rented with various agencies in the past, we were surprised at how friendly and professional NMC Estate Agent were. It was a pleasant and pain free experience for us. The best experience we have had renting a new home through an agency to date.

A special thanks to Abby who was fantastic and made everything as smooth as possible for us.
