Very helpful staff ,nothing to much trouble went above and beyond to answer any questions

Jonathan, Lauren and the whole team have been fantastic with the sale of amy rental property. They gave excellent advice and helped arranged contractors to fix issues and took all the stress out of the process, all for half as much as the bigger National companies.
I would use them again in a heart beat!

We bought our first home through Thomas Estate Agents, and they truly went above and beyond for us! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they even did things they didn’t have to just to make the process less stressful for us. Communication was brilliant, we could always get through to someone straight away, and every team member was so friendly and helpful. We’d highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!

Brilliant, from valuation through to handing the keys over, even though a height of stress the experience was perfect. I felt like the customer came first, always kept up to date, always called back and built some solid relations with all in the Ruddington office - would definitely recommend.
