We had a problem that we thought could not be sorted. The wonderful Derek Dwaah answered our phone call and he was just amazing!! He went above and beyond to help us! We need more Derek’s!!! Excellent theatre company that cares about their customers!!!!!

Today I booked tickets for Hadestown for Saturday in error Ruth in customer services helped me exchange for Sunday as I was having issues on the website, extremely courteous despite my silly error and very quick in making the exchange.
Could not thank her enough for her rapid response in dealing with my problem as I was in fear of having to cancel completely.

So many companies could learn a lot about how customer services should be - Derek and Ruth were the shining stars I spoke to. So knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also showed their human side rather than being robotic and following a script. Amazing people working for an excellent company.

My issue was promptly solved, and the assistance was cordial and efficient.

I luckily was gifted some theatre tokens so needed to book tickets either in person or via phone rather than on-line.
The person completing my booking (I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name) was very helpful, polite, read all my booking details back to me and booked the tickets quickly. She took the 3 long voucher numbers from the theatre tokens and read them back to me to ensure they were inputted correctly and the whole transaction was easy, smooth and straightforward. The chat was fun and it was an enjoyable conversation. Thank you

Amazing on-line service for deaf people needing captioned seating. My email was responded to within minutes. I have never before been able to pay by invoice. Someone else has always had to phone to pay for my tickets. Many thanks to Ellen for making it so easy for me.

I dealt with both Ellen and Derek at Nimax theatres last week and both were friendly and went out of their way to help me in a difficult situation.

I was out of pocket due to a Ticketmaster error and despite this not being their direct problem, once contacted they were helpful, informative and went above and beyond to find a resolution to my problem.

After the matinee performance of Hadestown that we had booked was cancelled, my email was responded to within an hour and tickets exchanged for the evening performance. Swift, courteous replies from Liam. It turned a worrying email into a positive experience.

Excellent service when I emailed to enquire about exchanging my theatre tickets for a different date, having been unable to do so via the online exchange form. My request was actioned immediately and confirmed with a personal email. I was very happy to get it all sorted so quickly and efficiently.

Made a booking to see Fawlty Towers at the Apollo theatre. Purchased the tickets in November 2024 to see the performance in Jan 2025. Poor follow up communication and have had to chase up Nimax for the tickets on the day of the performance. Would definitely think twice before booking through Nimax again.
