I never intended to have continued…

I never intended to have continued orders. Only one time! I accepted the 2nd thinking it was a mistake on my part! Now I am getting a 3rd order which I do not want! Cancel that order and any and all subsequent orders! I tried to cancel on line but got no response! Please stop sending me these orders asap!! Thank you
