Good company and good products!
Have purchased a few things over the years. Have one autoship that helps me to get what I need without forgetting to order. They always alert me in plenty of time if I need to change anything. Updates on shipping and when it arrives. Prices are good and customer service is great!

Cause of the problem
The problem was caused by possibly my control settings on my credit card. It's a card I haven't used much over the years, but recently decided to use. I have online access to manage that card, and it occurred to me this morning, I should go in there and unlock one last category of limitations on types of purchases allowed. Perhaps the category that would stop me from purchasing products requiring me to be over 18 years old is causing the problem. I went in this morning to turn on that switch, but they are upgrading their site this morning. As soon as I can, I will get the switch on and see how it goes next time. Your site was absolutely not the problem.

I had trouble paying for the order
I had trouble paying for the order. I attempted 3or 4 of those weird verification codes. Although each one was approved with a green check, it wouldn’t LET ME PAY! Luckily I found a phone number and the worker completed my transaction. I suggest that you correct the on line sales.

No interest in AI bots
I am a fan of NHC but today when I called I got the AI bot to screen my call - absolutely not a fan of talking to the AI bots when I call NHC.
