Great Customer service!
Once again I messed up my order of chains and a bar. I returned all the stuff with a covering letter and the folks at New Chains sorted it all out and few days later I had everything that fitted and I'm kitted out for a few years again. No fuss no extra invoice just a quick solution.
I do find the website a little challenging so unless you are all up to speed on terminology etc I suggest you send your old chain or bar to them and get the office to select the replacements you need to order.
There are many organisations that could take a lesson from Newsawchains on how to run a customer service department.

Fantastic company, i ordered the wrong chain and I contacted them to see if I could exchange. The asked me to pop a note in with the chain I needed and send back, within a day the correct chain arrived. Super helpful and knowledgeable too.

It arrived really quickly it's a new Oregon Chain that looks very similar to the Stihl RS.

One of the best chains I have had arrived on time and will be getting another from them wen I need to.

Absolute rubbish service, the chain not only didn't arrive in the 2-5day working slot, it didn't even arrive in the then 10 day slot. Had to get a refund through PayPal, who actually had to get the case escalated as no response from Newsawchains was to be seen.
The company claim on their site, "Fast Reliable Service", Nothing could be further from the truth in ths case. Not to be recommended by me, due to worst service I have ever experienced.

Ordered a new chain at 2.00 pm delivered next day 11.30 to the Isle of Man. Fantastic company, first time dealt with these but will certainly purchase again.
First class in every way , even free delivery.

bought a chain from this store. After cutting 4/5 trees of around 4/5 inch diameter, the chain stopped working. I sent an email to the company and next day called the customer service. The person on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They said they can't replace or refund the money.

I was struggling to find the right chain for my wife's Makita DUC254. Found it on newsawchains, ordered one afternoon and it was delivered next morning. Absolutely brilliant. Now bookmarked for next time.

Ordered very late Saturday evening and genuine Oregon replacement chains arrived Tuesday morning. Good price and good communications re order. Will likely use again as and when parts are needed. Thank you for the food service.

just ordered a chain for my saw .the next day , very prompt delivery unfortunately received an envelope with an invoice but no chain.
on contacting the company spoke to mark who was adamant the chain was in the envelope and told me if i had an issue to contact ebay.

We found this company with a google search at about 1530h yesterday, They have a simple and really easy to use and helpful website, and good prices - we placed the order in a matter of a few minutes, and the new chain was delivered this morning.
