All the boxes were bent through the middle. Gor the price compared to elsewhere the quality is extremely poor. I’m 5 km away from sunshine and took 6 days from time it to as dispatched to arrive.

First time I order through this company in October.
I paid $26 express shipping as I needed toners quickly.
After more than a week , still nothing. I contacted them and was told that I would be refunded the express shipping cost.
I did not get a refund. I tried to call them but they have not responded.....

I made my order on the 8th of october, today is the 16th, it was supposed to be delivered today but you guys didn't put my complete address so now I have to go to the post office to get it, meaning I have to wait more time again to be able to finally get what I order.

It's such a great service that they allow you to order samples on the website. I actually placed a normal order and got a few samples with it, then when I received my normal order it was too small, luckily I got the sample one too which was perfect size for the satchels I needed. So I spoke to customer service, swapped my actual order for the correct size I needed with no issues. They were very helpful!!! Using them again for sure especially for the price they charge as we're a small business looking for cheapest options.
