The buying process was easy. The prices were competitive.
The only let down was the courier they chose to use which was ARAMEX.
I would rate NEWPACK higher if they used a more reliable Courier to deliver their products.
If you choose to buy from NEWPACK, just ask deliveries can be made by other couriers other than ARAMEX.

Nobody is responding to my follow up…
Nobody is responding to my follow up post purchase after getting my order wrongly delivered. I now have an inferior product that I'm not sure I can use! Nobody answers emails or the phone either. Someone rectify or respond asap please.

Must be super short-staffed
Received 2 shipments. The first I received the wrong size boxes. Did finally get in contact and they made it right - sent me out the correct size. The second shipment I received 100 of the boxes are water damaged.. Still no response to my emails.
For now I will continue to use :)

I was sent a 10% discount voucher by Newpack. Within an hour of receiving it applied for the discount to be told that the voucher had expired. Really!!!
I sent an email to Newpack explaining this and never received a reply. POOR POOR SERVICE.
